The Hotel is at a great location, and the staff is very friendly. From the hotel you can easily discover the city without taking any metro. Next to that close to the hotel there are some nice traditional Italian restaurants. Unfortunately the hotel was overbooked the first day we arrived, and hence we had to stay one night in a different hotel which was very near. Normally this could be anoying, but because the staff was very friendly and helped us very well this wasn't a problem for us. Next to that we where upgrated after that first night. The location of the hotel is great, the hotel was also very good value for money, and the breakfast was ok is well. I read some comments about the breakfast, but it was a typical Italian breakfast; some sweet stuff, some juice and a shot of caffeine to start the day.

Sometimes in the evening is the shower less warm.

Terrible rooms, I have stayed in better hostels. I would not return.

Our hotel room was big and the bathroom also, it had quite nice furniture and the room was cleaned every day. The location was also good, it was central, but not in the middle of all the crowds and it was at a small street and our windows were to the back, to an even smaller street were almost no cars passed, so it was a quiet place for the center of rome. But we were lucky to have this room, because through an open door i saw that the other rooms were really really tiny. The staff was also always eager to help us.

The breakfast was really poor, as we expected. But there are 2 small shops in 5 min walking distance, so we could buy something eatable for breakfast or during the day, there is a fridge in the room. I heard that in some rooms there was mold on the walls.

The location is excellent. We got for second and other nights very big and nice room with big bathroom (which has bathtub and complementarity) as apology for putting us another hotel nearby for the first night, because our room was not ready. Breakfast was served in the corridor and you take it in your room! I like that! A lot of fast-food shops and nice restaurants in the street and around.

We booked for double bed, which was actually 2 joined single mattresses. The breakfast was only sweet pastries, marmalade and similar, but that is traditional Italian breakfast.

The location is excelent - midway between the Colosseum and the Trevi fountain, lots of main attractions withinn easy reach. 5 mins from Metro.Rooms are small, but comfortable. Air-con. Needs servicing (would be difficult to say if it could cope with the summer heat). Tv shows only Italian satellite stations. Breakfast was coffee and a selection of sweet cakes/pastries, but also juicy apples (all self-service). Overall, the b&b was in the right place, resonably comfortable & clean, with good staff and adequate facilities for the price.

The rooms could do with some re-painting, and the air-con needs attention (the whole hotel was too warm).

Posizione strategica, a cinque minuti a piedi dalla metro (Cavour) e tre minuti a piedi da piazza Venezia e via Nazionale. Quartiere sicuro, pieno di bar e ristoranti, ma non turistico e molto caratteristico.

La linea Wifi è poco stabile

El personal del hotel era encantador, con un trato magnífico y muy atentos. La ubicación también era muy buena, pues está a tan solo 800 metros de la estación central Termini, a 500 metros de la parada de metro Cavour y a unos 10 minutos andando del Colisseo y Piazza Venezia.

En general nos gustó todo, pero si tuvieramos que señalar algo que nos pareciera peor sería el descuidado aspecto del mismo, tanto la fachada como el interior del hotel y las habitaciones, lo cual no quiere decir que no estuviera todo limpio, sino que hacía falta pintar las paredes, arreglar un poco el interior del hotel. Y por otro lado, el agua caliente va por calderas de depósito, de las que tienen x litros de agua caliente y se va acabando, por lo tanto por la noche era difícil por no decir imposible ducharte con agua caliente ya que se había gastado y por la mañana si te descuidabas pasaba igual.

Sa situation centrale

Pas d 'eau chaude pendant 3 matins sur 5, petit dejeuner vraiment pas terrible "on se sert dans un couloir" que du sucré de mauvaise qualité et surtout les pompes a chaleurs(derriere) qui font un bruit terrible

Rien ... Cet établissement ne devrait pas être considéré comme hotel. Mais locations de chambres (minuscules) et mal entretenues

L'ensemble ne ressemble à rien. Les petits déjeuners consistent de biscottes, pot de choco, café machine dans un petit couloir.
