Il Cascinale is surrounded by a large garden with olive groves and centuries-old trees. Part of the property dates back to the 18th century. Parking is free, and Assisi is 7 km away. The rooms are decorated according to the Umbrian style, with rustic tiled floors, wrought-iron beds, and wooden furniture. Each comes with a cooling fan and heating, and a private bathroom with shower. The garden is equipped with sun terrace and BBQ facilities. Breakfast is homemade, and you have free use of the common kitchen. At reception, where free Wi-Fi is available, you can rent a bike for free, and arrange cycling excursions. La posizione tranquilla,la gentilezza della padrona di casa,la pulizia,la vicinanza a Bastia Umbra e Assisi visto che ho soggiornato a dicembre avrei gradito trovare la camera già calda al nostro arrivo (ore 17)

A metà strada tra Perugia ed Assisi , cortesia e gentilezza e simpatia della titolare , camere nuove e molto pulite , struttura ampia e molto bella, piena di verde no non ho trovato lati negativi

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nel nostro soggiorno presso il Cascinale la proprietaria è stata molto cordiale e socievole. Punto strategico per visitare le città di Perugia e Assisi La difficoltà maggiore è stata proprio nel trovarlo in quanto non ci sono cartelli del bed & breakfast che indicano la direzione.
