B&B Della Mimosa

The hotel owner is very friendly. The breakfast is also quite ok. The location is quite close to the lakeside and nearby there is a small shop selling fresh fruits.

It is not really a hotel but a private house. Guests must live on top, with a very low height inside the room. We very often crash our heads onto the beam. It is not so clean as normal hotel, therefore we have to use our own towel. There is no light blinds which could make dark completely, so in the morning we are always waking up early because there is too much light in the room. There is no elevator and the stairs are quite narrow. We have to be very careful when we hold our baby to go up or down. There is no automatic light when we go back in the late evening. We always have to switch on and off a lot of lights. There is no general key, so we have to bring in total 3 keys with us all the time and try hard to open each door in the dark everyday. The owner of the house could speak only very little English, therefore our communication was very difficult even she tried her best. The baby crib is not very stable. There is no automatic air refresh system in the room, therefore to keep air fresh we have to let window open, and then during the night we get mosquitos and bees into the room! And in the toilet it is even worse because there is no window and it is humid day and night! All in all I do not understand why it is marked so high points and I will not stay in such hotel ever again!

The friendliness of the owner (and her pet rabbit Bernie:-)). From the minute we arrived we felt at home in her beautiful and unique home. After being given a lift to the station we felt we were saying farewell to a close friend.

The atmosphere of the room & de diner room are very cosy. Also the host is a 'very' friendly person. The breakfast is very variated & good. When we are traveling in the future inn the surroundings of 'Lago di Garda' we will defenitly go back !

Exceptional place to stay in Desenzano. Located only 100 meters away from the lake and near the shopping center. We stayed in the quadruple room which was very spacious and decorated like a fairy tale. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was very nice and was presented in very a nice room. Frederica the lady owner was very nice and helpful and tried her best to help despite her limited English language but we managed to communicate. I highly recommended this place.

Everything..very clean, great breakfast, great hosts.

Very friendly staff. The location was excellent once you found the place. Very unuaual/unique decor in the house, almost Victorian. Very clean and comfortable and we were even given bicycles for free. Definitely recommend this b&b.

It hard to find conning from the train station.

Nous n'avons rien apprécié et le B.B. ne mérite pas la mention "fabuleux" avec la note de 9. Chambre très chère pour les prestations. Il mérite la note de 2 sur 10

Chambre dans un grenier, hauteur de plafond très bas avec poutre metallique à hauteur du lit (danger) sans véritable fenêtre. Petit déjeuner dans un garage aménagé, yaourt périmé et beurre rance. Décor kitch de très mauvais goût A déconseiller totalement.

красивый,уютный дом на тихой улице.удачное расположение(в центре города,рядом с пристанью)все продумано до мелочей.наличие бесплатных велосипедов. вкусные завтраки.приветливая,жизнерадостная хозяйка.воспользовались ее советами куда съездить,что посмотреть,где поесть- не пожалели.

в комнате не работал wi-fi приходилось спускаться на первый этаж,но нас это не напрягало

Прекрасное месторасположение виллы рядом с озером. Очень отзывчивая, внимательная и приветливая хозяйка, обеспечивающая семейную и доброжелательную обстановку. Вкусные и сытные завтраки. Стильный интерьер всей виллы и каждой из комнат в отдельности. Чистота в номере, бесплатный wi-fi. Бесплатный трансфер до жд вокзала.

В момент нашего проживания (конец апреля) было несколько сыровато в комнате.

Camere in mansarda un po' troppo basse e il bagno in camera non era divisi dalla stanza ma da un séparé

чудесный и совершенно необычный отель! это вилла оформленная как сказочный домик! федерика замечательная фея своего творения! мы были окружены ее вниманием! огромное спасибо любе за помощь в переводе. отличный завтрак! рядом порт, торговые улицы и туристический центр где дадут любую информацию. мы пользовались и велосипедами. особенно рекомендуем семьям с девочками, они будут в восторге! нас встречали и провожали на ж\д вокзале и круасаны дали в дорогу!

очень красивый домашний отель. девушки вообще должны быть в восторге- все розовое в рюшечках! отличный персонал. для италии не плохой завтрак.

были проблемы с водой при пользовании ванной одновременно с соседями.
