Many thanks to Paola for warm welcoming and exceptional service! Our room was very cozy, clean and comfortable. The place by itself is lovely! Many thanks and see you again.

Paola was excellent for advice friendliness and home made cakes. Eccentric but charming decor

This B&B in the historical centre is run by two very friendly, helpful ladies, Paula(the owner) and Katarina. The room I had was comfortable and quiet, and breakfast very good by Italian Standards. I thought the B&B good value for money and would definitely stay there again if I returned to Perugia.

    no complaints

I had my doubts about the accommodations, looking at the pictures on; the B&B is decorated and cluttered far beyond my minimalistic sensibilities, but it shows off her exuberant personality well and was fine. The room was small, clean, with wall paintings and personal touches. It was functional with a flat screen TV, a great A/C-Heating unit which I used to warm up the room in just a few minutes, plus nice bathroom amenities including a great hairdryer. Strong WIFI. It’s in a excellent location for all the attractions and just a minute walk from Piazza Italia. The window was double paned, with an outside shutter and an inside blackout shutter, so no outdoor noise. Little extras like umbrellas by the door, a personalized map and a delicious breakfast made staying here delightful. When I returned in the late afternoon, the smell of freshly baked orange breakfast bread filled the B&B. It was served at a very good breakfast with meats/cheese, yogurt, fresh fruit, freshly made bread, crackers, jams, juice, water and delicious coffee. Thanks for a very pleasant stay Paola! Recommended!

Central location, friendly owner, good for one night or two

dim lighting, antique small TV, noisy toilet-pump shredder, it´s a budget cost accomodation good for 1 night and people use to climb a lot of stairs and put-up with the noise of the neighbourhood

Paola was so welcoming and friendly, and I got an upgrade to a larger room with balcony.

    Everything was fine

Great position, the place is very cozy

Very hot at night - not much to do about that I guess...

Paola responded quickly to my request for booking, and was welcoming and helpful with local information. The room was really lovely; I loved the decor. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful and historic Perugia literally just outside the door.

Only drawback is being a third floor walk up. I was traveling light but if you had heavy luggage it could be difficult. Once up the stairs, worth the trip.
