B&B Residenza Leonardo (里昂纳尔多B&B住宅酒店)

我们是复活节那天去的，当天抵达已经很晚了，老板特意安排了她的父母留下来接我们。老奶奶身体不好，却带着- 我们到处找开门的餐馆，陪我们折腾了一晚上。最后还支付了饮用水的钱。由衷的感谢。整体很温馨，家一般的感- 觉。物超所值。

close (10 minutes) to airport. My room had a lot of space.

Located in upper part of the town, in a small, one way street. Not easy to find. Many small one-way streets. Interior of my room was in 1970's style ; bit old fashioned. Internet connection was interrupted several times. Quite noisy : you hear noises from hall and other rooms.

The staff were s friendly and helpful, the gave us an excellent suggestion for dinner as well, a real homey Grandma and Grampa place with fantastic food.

Amasing hotel owners Vincenzo and Maria. Bed linen wasn't changed when we checked-in. After our complain Maria checked it personally with heartfelt apologies. Good kitchen. Nice view from the window.

hotel is located on the top of the high mountain and it's hard to get it without a car

The hospitality of the staff, the convenience for a family and the closeness to the airport. Although we were only able to spend a short time at this B&B, the hotel staff treated us as if we were regular customers, going out of their way to make sure that we had what we needed and always having a smile on their face. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with no congestion (as far as we saw) and only wish we would have stayed longer to explore the neighborhood and the seaside area close-by

We liked the friendly very helpful staff, comfort in the room and the excellent breakfast.

A friendly place!

Everything was awesome, highly recommend this b&b for any travellers. The small restrant 50m up the road was great, the owners are full Italians while speak no English but a great experience and beautiful hand made pasta. Would stay there again for sure!

Old building, modern interior, lovely landlady, kind staff, fair breakfast. Easy parking in the street.

Room and bathroom were very clean but kitchenware wasn't.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. Very knowledgable about the area and helped us figure out how to get where we were going next. Recommended great places to go for sightseeing, eating, and transportation. Nice breakfast, good location for views and being in the old part of town. Our stay with Irene will be a highlight in our trip!

Very good service even when I arrived at 11 pm. Large room, good internet coverage. Also I was lucky to find free parking right in front. Excellent if you have to catch a ferry the next day.

I and a ball because of the Italian hostess. She is a million miles an hour, passionate about the area and life generally, and is just as Italian women are portrayed to the rest of the world in the movies! Place was all they claimed it to be, was clean and tidy - all you could ask for in a budget B & B, and they are trying really hard to get it right. If we are back in the area, we will definitely stay again!

Suggest they fit some soap holder dishes to the shower receptacle as what do you do with the soap when half way thru? It's a small thing though and they are in good company throughout most of Italy on this one.

Great comfortable and relaxing stay. Helpful and friendly staff, and very hospitable. Even though we arrived late by train, We were given a small tour of the place and were given the option to choose which room to take as there were a few spare rooms that night. Great shuttle service, 7 times cheaper then getting the taxi the night before. Would definitely stay again if in the same area.

Very close to Falkonara airport. The best if your flight early morning. You should not take an expensive taxi. B&B friendly people will take you to the airport for reasonable money. Even at 5 o'clock in the morning. Just 5 minutes drive.

We had a really great stay at this b&b the service was excellent. The caring owners went the extra mile for us with everything and they were so friendly. We arrived quite late in the pouring rain and we didnt want to go out and buy food so the owner offered to order pizzas for us which were delivered to the hotel for a very good price and so tasty. They have a washing and drying facility which was really excellent for us. And a fridge in the room which we like. On arrival they let us see two rooms and choose which one we wanted. They offer a shuttle to and from the station in Falconara for a 5euro fee but for us In the morning we wanted to catch the ferry so the owner took us by car to the ferry ticket office in Ancona and waited with us until we knew we could get on the ferry. The owner is really good with checking her email so very easy to have any extra questions or if you need ahything she will arrange it in a very short time. Superb service with a friendly caring attitude, I recommend this b&b to everyone.

The shower in our room had a leak but they gave us extra towels to put down.

Our room was on the ground floor which was ideal.

It was close to the airport in Ancona

The rooms were too full of stuff, the bed was uncomfortable there was not much charm to the place at all. The shower was cracked.

The room was clean, well equipped, large, pleasantly decorated (tile floors) and had a gorgeous view. The breakfast was reasonably priced (2 euros/person per day) and included healthy food that I like to eat and good coffee. The service was marvelous, we got picked up at the train station and also given a ride to the station on our departure. One of the managers spoke English. The manager told us about interesting local attractions and even drove us to a local site (30 minute drive) because we expressed our reluctance to take our kids on a hot train ride.

There was a marvelous neighborhood restaurant down the street that was a highlight of our trip (Locando de Borgo).

We stayed in a beautiful big room with a fabulous view of the sea. Very good value for money and the staff are all very very friendly.

Le bon accueil. Des propriétaires très sympa. Le fait de nous amener à l'aéroport moyennant une petite participation. Le petit déjeuner très copieux et très abordable. Personne faisant le ménage très gentille

Les rues très en pente pour accéder de l'hôtel à la gare à pied. N'avions pas vu qu'il y avait des bus.
