Score from 405 reviews Wonderful
Comfortable bedrooms Clean, ready-for-use bathroom Free Wi-fi Friendly, helpful staff Extremely convenient location
I'd have a wider selection of breakfast choices, next to the typical Italian breakfast offered (like a healthier yoghurt-fruit-wholemeal cereals selection, or a traditional offering of Florentine/Tuscan bakery and so on). Just a suggestion, though.
great location, friendly staff
real noisy in the morning, common bathroom (could be all right if all guests cleaned after themselves)
Clean place, friendly people
There was rarely anyone to advise at reception
Friendly host, who waited for our late check-in, nice breakfast in cafe nearby (coffee, pastry and juice), close to railway station and just outside ZTL (Zona Traffico Limitato). The cleaning is included. Wi-Fi worked well. It was also very warm in the apartment.
No free parking nearby.
It is in the heart of the city and just ten minutes walk from the station. Make sure not to pass by accommodation as there is no signboard on the street. Pina is at the reception everyday. For me, it was better than staying a place like changing staff all times. She gives you keys so you can go out and in whenever you want. Although a breakfast venue is not in the same building, it was in the neighborhood. You can pick up a bread and drink from varieties and enjoy an Italian breakfast. The owner of a cafe is also nice. The breakfast time starts seven and lasts until eleven. The wifi was strong enough so I didn't have any trouble during my stay. This is a budget B&B with high facilities and atmosphere. I stayed here for three nights comfortably.
Breakfast and location
Shared bathroom, but not a big deal
Not too far from the station, so a bit of a walk from the center. Street below quite noisy. Saw a young man at reception the first day, then never saw anyone else there. Good value for money - clean and large facilities. Breakfast at local café - friendly place, basic breakfast.
Everything else was excellent!
No wifi in the room (on the 2d floor, i don't know about 3d floor where is the reception). People say that wifi is on the reception.
Clean, bright place and friendlt Signora.
Single room at front of building very, very noisy with traffic and motorbikes screaming down a nearby road all day and night. Shared bathroom means opening your door onto reception area then walking down hall to a tiny bathroom. Long walk along along busy ugly dirty streets to get the city centre.
Close to everywhere and the price is right.
Great little spot for the price. Breakfast is in a cafe down the road. Typical cake, coffee and oj.
Wifi won't work in room
The owner is quite friendly -too bad that she doesn't speak any English so couldn't communicate. The guy who does speak some English is not nice at all & keep finding excuses instead of helping to fix the issue.
1. The staff was not helpful to solve the Wifi issue - only the one in reception works - no wifi access in the room, and the staff's only response is that he can use that; 2. There were ticks (yes, not only mosquitoes) in the room & I can't even have a good sleep at night; 3. The air-conditioning is not working since a few months ago (according to the male staff) but they don't even update that in their info. They simply blame the building for the issue - it was so frustrating to be waken up by mosquitoes several time at night but simply too hot to close the windows 4. The breakfast is only a cup of coffee, a small piece of bread (only limited choice - not all bread) & a glass of juice & I guess won't be enough for most ppl 5. Quite a walk from the historic center 6. Very difficult to find (they don't have a sign in the building or the list of door bell) 7. The staff is not there most of the time - it is difficult for you to seek assistance from Don't think I will recommend that to anyone.
Close to train station. Friendly and helpfull staff.
Not close to historical center. Room smelled of smoke.
lovely hostess she called us to see where we were and met us at the front of the hotel great breakfast at the cafe down the road really nice room with a comfy bed
nothing! The lift was broken which wasn't a problem for us but some people might find all the stairs a challenge!
Персонал очень вежливый и доброжелательный. Завтрак в кафе, которое расположено неподалеко от отеля. WI-FI работает очень хорошо в комнате.
The hotel is very near to the train station. the staff is very nice and helpful. everything is just nice and perfect in this hotel.
Only the downside was the breakfast. The breakfast was too less, only one croissant, cup of juice and one coffee.
Place- so close to the center and not to noisy Helpfull staff Delicious breakfast
The bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were near the reception so the wifi was excellent. The breakfast is at a cafe nearby. It's a typical Italian breakfast (croissant, coffee, orange juice) and the coffee shop owners were lovely and full of energy. It is close to the train station which makes it good for those carrying bags.
The B&B was about a 20-30 minute walk to town. It was an easy walk but annoying after a late dinner in town.
Even though we didn't do check in with the householder, she did knew us and cared for our doings and offered a nice talk. The Breakfast is not in the same place but in a coffee shop near with a lovely owner who helped us decide what to do and see in Florence. The room was cleaned daily.
Staff was very kind Location was quite close to Train Station
Takes 20 min walk for the historical places but it was ok for us
Great value, friendly reception, spacious room, good wifi, everything one really needs
Small bathroom, not always enough warm water
Great little cafe for breakfast Friendly staff (only one spoke English but why should they?) Free upgrade (see negatives for reason)
Location is convenient enough but surrounded by huge roads and a major railway so very noisy and a bit rough Ceiling collapsed in my room (owner was great though - gave me a massive room instead)
The service was always very friendly. The venue itself was quiet however the road below is quite noisey but it didn't bother us too much. Fantastic value for money, huge room and always lovey and clean facilities. Grazie!
Great staff! They went out of their way to lend a hand and get us settled. Nice, large room and bath. The breakfast is around the corner about a block. The pastries were excellent and the owner very friendly. And it was on the way to the center of town and the trains
The shower head was loose and there were no drinking glasses, a very minor concern
the room is well designed and equipped, we like its atmosphere of Florence.
The lift is small and old, I don't feel safe in it, so I prefer not to use it : )
