We stayed only one night, we were waiting for a flight, the location is great - close to the airport, we didn't need a taxi or a bus. The hostess is very helpful, she speaks excellent English, even though our flight was early and we refused breakfast, she served us breakfast in the evening. Excellent value for money.

The accommodation in not far from the airport, but with late flights and baggage, the taxi prices are skyrocketing. No enough contacts in the room, the shower was not working properly and the hot water finished quickly. The quality off the accommodation does not accommodate with the price.

The room is in walking distance to the airport. We had an overnight stay, the host was very kind and helpful, self check-in instructions were also very clear. The room is comfortable and very clean. There is also soem snacks and coffee available. Overall a great place if you need to transfer flights! Easy access to Bergamo city center (bus is very close).

Wintergarden was very clean, with friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is amazing, worth every penny. They provide shuttle service to and from the airport, which is only about 1/2 mile away. The hotel interior is beautiful, clean, relaxing, and it has an indoor pool. A very nice place to stay. And most of the staff spoke at least a fair amount of English, which was helpful since my Italian isn't very good yet. I would definitely stay here again.KimUnited States of America - 10Scored 10

I cannot fault the rooms and house it is in a lovely suburb but although only 15 minutes from the airport it is 30 minutes by bus to Bergamo. The buses and trains are very good and regular but if you go into Bergamo every day it needs to be part of your budget. Approx. £5 per person per return trip. Extremely helpful staff !!! Even though our flight was cancelled last minute and we therefore didn’t make it to the La Rocca the staff was still immensely helpful and very responsive. Comforting in a chaotic situation like ours! I’d definitely book them again anytime! Also the English was flawless which made for no misunderstandings.TrineDenmark

It is easily to find and about 20 min walking from the airport. The host can arrange a shuttle for you if you want. He is very calm, welcomes you to show the house. Breakfast is included and has: bread, jam, butter, nutella, some packed croissants, yogurt, coffee, tea and milk. The coffee was great, prepared in the moka. The bathroom is shared, but everything is very clean. So this is the best choice for tranzit.Teodora MariaRomania

Othwise, the hotel is clean, the staff has been very good and the breakfast lounge has some awesome views. KEEP IN MIND that given it's location, it is necessary to rent a car if traveling for turistic purposes, because otherwise getting to and from the hotel without the programmable shuttle is a pain.

We walked 15-20 mins to the hotel from the airport. On the way back we took a taxi which costed 25-30 euros which I think was too much for a short trip.
