I felt at home! The owner is very attentive and recommended nice restaurants. Very good located! The neighbor keeps his yard dirty, with caged animals what disrupts the view of the lake.

A rustic setting, which was adequate for a short stay. Breakfast in the garden was pleasant and the owners were helpful in telling us about local facilites. It was very difficult to spend the evening outside the accommodation due to flying insects. Also found the pace a bit too relaxed if you are touring as we were and needed to keep to a schedule.

We've just got back after staying for 3 nights here. Enrico and Vittoria were both very welcoming and friendly and speak good English. The flat was clean and tidy and they gave us a lovely breakfast under the trees in the garden - with delicious fresh figs from the tree! Noisy road in front of the B and B. No air-con in the rooms - however Vittoria did say that they hope to put it in for the guests next year. If they did we would definitely think about going back there again.

The location next to the lake was fantastic. Accessibility to neighbouring towns/villages was perfect. The owners of this little b&b were very eager to give us lots of information about the surrounding area and give us advice on the best places to go.

Enrico and Vittoria were lovely hosts who could not do enough for us. Breakfast is served in the garden and the setting is lovely. Comfortable bed, off road secure parking, very clean apartment. Would recommend as base to explore the area. There is some traffic noise as the property is on a road.

Great hospitality. The owners, Enrico and Vitoria were very friendly and kind. Thanks a lot - we had a wonderful beginning of our honeymoon! There are a lot of places to visit around - ask Enrico. צימר מצויין לעצירה על האגם. הצימר פשוט ונקי - הבעלים מקסימים ומכניסי אורחים. הנוף יפה והצפרדעים בלילה זו חוויה אמיתית. The shower is a bit small - not for wide people - but new and clen!!!

מיקום מדהים על שפת האגם. צוות ביתי ולבבי שהיה זמין עבורנו ואירחו אותנו בלב רחב ובאווירה טובה. הדירה עצמה מרווחת מאוד עם מטבח פרקטי המכיל את כל הכלים. תחושת טבע ופסטורליות שאין כמותה. בין מג׳ונה לקסטל דל לאגו. מגונה הינה העיירה הקרובה אולם הכפר קסטל דל לאגו שבמרחק 20 דק נסיעה הרבה יותר מעניין לטיול המקלחת מעט קטנה וללא מקלחון. ארוחת בוקר פשוטה ביותר אבל אלו החסרונות הייחידיים.

L'appartement àtait très propre et bien meublé. Le B&B a les pieds dans l'eau :) Le petit-déjeûner très frugal (deux biscottes, un croissant emballé de plastique, une brique de jus de fruit), la situation (le long d'une route fréquentée).

L'accoglienza presso il B&B è stata molto cordiale: Vittoria ed Enrico ci hanno messo subito a nostro agio e ci hanno consigliato itinerari e luoghi di interesse nelle vicinanze. L'appartamento è ampio, luminoso ed elegante, con una cucina attrezzata e funzionale; dal balcone si gode di una splendida vista sul lago ed in giardino è possibile rilassarsi circondati dalla natura. Dal B&B è possibile raggiungere facilmente le principali località del Trasimeno e gli imbarchi per visitare le isole del lago.

Getrennter Schlaf- + Wohnbereich Badezimmerausstattung; außerdem wurden keine Betten gemacht und während des 3-tägigen Aufenthalts weder Bad noch Zimmer gereinigt. Frühstück besteht aus abgepackten Lebensmitteln und Kaffee, den man selbst zubereitet - kein Service!

La struttura si trova praticamente in riva al lago,tipica costruzione in stile paesino umbro, pochi chilometri da Perugia,accogliente e funzionale in tutto! Sinceramente ci siamo trovati benissimo c'era addirittura la lavatrice e la lavastoviglie.Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo,torneremo sicuramente. Lisa Gen Gigi Manu da Cava de' Tirreni Se vogliamo trovare una piccola pecca abbiamo riscontrato il problema della vicinanza alla strada,purtroppo dalle 7 di mattina si inizia a sentire il via vai delle macchine/camion ma sono certo che il proprietario risolverà in qualche modo l'inconveniente quanto prima
