We arrived late at night (11.30) and Giovanni, Agnes(English speaker) and another staff member met us on arrival. They couldn't have been nicer. They showed us to our beautiful room then recommended a local pizzeria for food - even drove ahead of us to show us the way - excellent pizza and we were treated to a private karaoke session even though we were the only guests!! Thunderstorm that night didn't dampen our spirits, although other guests had bbq'd during the week, this wasn't possible for us. Quadruple Room was really quaint and spacious. The next morning Agnes talked us through our gorgeous breakfast of locally sourced selection of foods, then took lots of time to tell us about the local attractions, and mark out in maps. Her coffee speciale tip from the gates at Polignano was fab! We were sorry to move on.

If we had to complain... Perhaps it's a little isolated and quiet, but a great base for visiting this part of italy. ...and we never got to say goodbye and thanks to Agnes ;)

The welcome and the staff, the help with places to go and the fact that anything we wanted was not too much trouble. Loved the peace and tranquillity - we lead busy lives - so to be able to have some real peace in beautiful surroundings was a bonus.

Real oldtime authentic charm. Silence and tranquility ( in mid -October). Staff Very friendly and helpful. Good and safe parking. Good wifi. Kitchen in the appartment. Good starting point to explore the gems of Apuglia.

It was too cool in mid-October to use the pool. Bedding could be a little bit more comfortable.

Anjeska really helped us a lot with find the best spots, restaurants, bars, etc for all the nice cities in the neighborhood. The pool together with the large garden and bbq , was really nice to relax. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was amazing. Also Lila, a friendly dog, was pleasant company :)

We had a room with a really small, low shower so it was difficult to stand up.
