The biggest discomfort came from the temperature: there was no thermostat in the room, and they would switch on the heating only at certain hours (6-10 am, and 4-10pm... in the cold early march).
This meant that the temperature was really low, (roughly 17 degrees in the night), and even during the few hours of heating, it was usually not sufficient to raise enough degrees to reach a minimum comfortable temperature).
After we explained the situation to them, they (really kindly) left the heating open for a few more hours, even though they didn't seem to understand our request for a minimum acceptable temperature.
We wonder how they do during deep winter and summer (without air conditionning).
The bathroom was also quite small and the shower was directly on the bathroom floor, right close to the sink. Therefore, it was impossible to access the sink after a shower without bathing in the remaining cold water...
Finally, the sheets were unfortunately old and very scrubby, and the double bed was made of two single beds.
Overall, our stay was not comfortable at all, depsite the real care and kindness of the staff. :-/
The room was nice, and the mattresses comfortable, despite the very scrubby sheets. The staff showed enough care about our stay, we felt welcomed.
The breakfast was ok.
