Friendly staff, lovely big room and a very comfortable bed!

The proximity to the centre of Napoli and the Gulf of Napoli. Rita and Nadia were very helpful with settling us in and orienting us. We got great advice on where to eat, what to see and local services and businesses. The coffee machine and kitchenette were fantastic conveniences.

Nothing, it was all good.

Lovely hostess, kindness manager, cozy and clean room and so on many things are satisfactoried. They provided water machine and coffee machine for free. They didn't give breakfast but room prepare mini kitchen equipment and refreigerator so you can make yourself anytime what you want.

Comfortable bed and generally nice room with good bathroom facilities. Rita tried to be very helpful even though we couldn't really speak Italian and she couldn't speak English.

Some of the wall paper was peeling off and held on with sellotape.Next doors (room 5) toilet caused a lot of noise in our room (room 6) when it was flushed. the coffee machine broke down one morning but was fix by the next. I think this might be a reoccurring issue.

The staff at Santa Lucia 50 were amazingly welcoming and consistently friendly. I had never met staff so keen to satisfy any need or issue we may have had. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, and provided us with a kitchenette and utensils to cater for our small group (which we found to be very unusual and convenient in typical Italian hotels). There was also minimal noise from other rooms or street level. We would definitely stay again, we had a wonderful three nights at Santa Lucia.

I stayed with my wife and 1-year-old son. This hotel locate via Santa Lucia. So we can go to port for Capri on foot with 15-20 min. Shopping zone is near this hotel. They have free drink espresso and cold water.

We opened the window when we were sleeping. Some mosquitoes came in and bite us. We'd like suggest you close the window when you sleep in.

The B&B staff was fantastic, really friendly and helpful. They offered to store our many bags overnight and helped us resolved a problem with a lost bag in the ferry. The location is very convenient, walking distance to the ferry terminal, main shopping streets and public transport. We dropped off our Europcar rented car just next door prior to check in, which was great. The room was good size (we were a family of 5, 4 + 1 baby) and clean. Highly recommended.

No breakfast, although there is an expresso coffee machine for guests use.

I liked Santa Lucia because it was ideal for visiting the various sights of Naples, it was also near the Bay and sometimes you could see Mount Vesuvius - it's situated on a historic street with lots and lots of character - the restaurant next to the hotel came recommended in various travel books and certainly lived up to its reputation. All in all a good choice - there was a fruit and veg shop next door and a supermarket opposite. We had a fridge and a microwave in the room and could have prepared ourselves a simple meal.

I loved the location, close to port, centre and easy to get to airport by bus; 5 mins walk to port to take a boat to sorrento, capri, salerno etc. Shop is opposite, and you can cook food in the kitchen in your room! Saves loads of money if you are on budget! Yet, loads of places to eat around, recommend Pizza de Matteo in centre for quality pizza. Russian lady who works there is so lovely, helpful and charming. Huge rooms with tv and all facilities were clean and great!

Nicely located: close to the harbour, walking distance to the park on the seaside on one sdie and Piazza Trieste and Trento on the other side. Friendly staff. Old building: nice ambiance, high ceiling, nice room with a small balcony amd a minimal kitchen. Italian coffee machine and water machine in the hallway. Would go again!

Room a bit small for 4 with one hide a bed (probalby better for 2 children then adults). Noisy toilet flush and slow drain (goes with the old building)

The location of this place is good if you want to visit the old city. Castell del Uovo is at walking distance. There is also a parking lot about a block away which comes in handy.

It was very difficult for us to find the place since that at the address shown on their web page there is only an old gate and no signs of the hotel. There were several doorbells and one of them showed a b&b with another name that only luckily we rang. We tried to call the place by phone and we had no answer which was really uncomfortable. The entrance to the building is not charming at all. In reality this is not an hotel. There is nobody full time attending the place, only for checking in at the time you informed you would come. When you check out, you simply have to leave the room keys inside. There is nobody to ask if you need any assistance or directions or anything after checking in. More than a hotel I would define this place as a room for rent in a good location. Anyhow, the room was clean and comfortable. If we had know what we were going to find, we would have chosen other alternatives.

We were met by Russian-speaking compatriot women, wo accomodated us with lots of hospitality

Mi é piaciuto la simpatia del personale , compreso il portiere del palazzo. La posizione ottima e il prezzo regolare. La camera anche se non di grandi dimensioni é arredata con gusto e non a risparmio(camera 5). Il Wi-Fi funziona alla grande , non la solita da 1 mbps.

posizione ottima nel centro di napoli ma in una strada tranquilla e poco trafficata. la mia camera era molto grande e confortevole dotata di cucina e sala da pranzo, si trova in un palazzo antico ma dotato di ascensore e le stanze sono ristrutturate. staff gentile e disponibile

Siamo andati a Napolo per assistere ad un concerto in Piazza del Plebiscito e, da questo punto di vista, l'ubicazione del B&B è straordinaria. Personale gentilissimo, disponibile. Stanza ampia e confortevole
