Really lovely, it is nice to see in Italy how we finally have courteous and customer-oriented b&b's becoming the norm instead of the stern and customer-hating fleapits of the past!

Marco was excellent host always taking care of little details at room and kitchen and also giving good tips. The B&B has an excellent location and the A/C works great. Restaurants around the corner are all great!

    Outside elevator probably needs maintenance

Location good; clean, individually decorated room with snacks and hot drink facilities; private balcony over the street; free use of espresso machine

Bit difficult to find the first time (recommend following building numbers of street), reception only open 11am to 6pm (not very tourist friendly for city info)

Free breakfast and mini bar and excellent location!

Difficult to enter/leave...had a hard time initially finding the place and then needed to get created when we left in the morning to leave the key behind because there is no reception staff in the early or late hours of the day.

One-night stay, so it was quite comfortable, close to the sea, castels and other sightseeing, cafes and shops on Via Toledo.

Everything! It was such a good base for exploring Naples. Marco was the perfect host and ensured that I had everything I needed. The proximity to the opera house and royal palace and galleria Umberto 1, as well as shops and little restaurants make it a perfect base

I liked everything. Very happy that i stayed there. And the main pro is hospitality along with the very good location near the city centre and the sea.

The charge for late check in, however I guess it happens though if you don't stay in a hotel with a reception.

First of all, the location, it is perfect, because it is a good district (quite without vagrants and other suspicios people) ans it is situated near the Piazza di Plebiscito, in 5-15 minutes by foot to the city center. Moreover, very close to the hotel a pedestrian street is located with lots of shops, cafes and restraunts. The hotel is very small - just 4 or 5 rooms, but very comfortable and nice with good and special decoration for each room. The rooms are quite big with balconies looking to a small patio. The breakfast is served in the room - over the table there are a kettle for water and one separate for milk and a plate with dozens of croissants, biscuits, etc. Everything (excluding water) is refilled every day.

To say the truth, I have seen the owners only the first day and the last day when we were leaving :) the first day Marco's mum showed us everything and explained what places are worth seeing, the last day we had a good conversation with Marco. Sometimes we needed their advice, but managed to find the solution ourselves. But I think this is the nature of B&B, so you should rely on yourself The neightbour workers woke up too early - sometimes we were shocked by the noise outside at 5 or 6 a.m. The day we came there was a bottle of mineral water which we used for drinking and for tea/coffee. However, once it finished, we did not receive new one. Actually we lacked it and we had to buy a new one ourselves. It was strange just because the other things were refilled each day

Place is really family-style and you feel yourself like at home. Marco is a really nice person, though we saw him only once=)

Cash-only. That's sort of little discomfort for me.But as I understood that's a common thing in Italy. And ATM are near. So that's NOT a real problem.

Friendly staff / manager, very thorough roomkeeping. Small kitchen (not in room, for all the guests), very well equipped. Manager speaks good English (we did not experience this that often in Italy).

    Desk hours, payment in cash.
