Amazing roof top view.We were lucky enough to see roaring tunder storm in the sky of Toscana. It was nice to return year after our first visit. Rosselino is a B& B place of great quality in hospitality, tidyness and location in a very nice city.
The location is really good and the staff is nice.
Pienza is very nice and small, and the hotel was located in the main street. The rooms, service and breakfast were ok.
The decoration of the rooms was old. A bit expensive for what they offer, but it was ok in general.
It was great and wonderful! Personal touch. Extra points to panorama terrace.
We didn't get wifi working.
The roof-top terrace (shared with other guests) was very nice.
1. We had booked two days in advance requesting that we could either check in early or leave our luggage with the hotel. We were traveling on bikes from another Montepulciano and wanted to continue our ride further and return to Pienza. They not only did not get that memo, they also were late arriving for check-in (which was stated for 2pm but they arrived after we had called booking.com at 2:45 pm). By the time we got checked in and settled, there was no way we could do the 30 mile loop we had planned. Very disappointing. 2. The 'free wi-fi' was unavailable to us as American tourists. Of all the places we stayed in Italy, this was the ONLY accommodation that did not trust foreign tourists with the pass-code to internet. We planned all of our routes on mapmyride.com and all our hotel accommodations with booking.com - internet was a key part of our choices in hotels. 3. The breakfast was AWFUL. Boring, stale, limited. The young girl who was serving it had on a terrible Italian TV show (loud) and was more interested in it than in anything else. 4. The room itself was quite small, and the 'view' from the tiny window was very limited. The City View listed in their name is all about the roof-top terrace. 5. The 'private bathroom' is across the hall from your bedroom.
I loved being in Pienza with the warm friendly staff at B&B Rossellino. I especially liked e-mailing and recieving prompt replys from Carlos. Great location. Good coffee. Hope to be back soon. Marijean & Bill Hernando FL USA

Perfect location, really nice staffs
Location is perfect. Rooftop terrace is amazing. Rooms are delightful. Hosts were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was substantial.
Problems with accessing Internet.
Friendliness, Terrace view, of course the location
The bed sheets can have more quality :)
For a B & B the bed and room were good but the breakfast was inconsistent small and very limited. Worst breakfast for the whole month away.
Loved the service, the views, the friendliness, the recommendations for local cuisine. A top-notch experience. Would do it again in a heartbeat.
The accomodation was excellent with excellent facilities - room was comfortable and spacious with an iconic Italian view over the rooftops of this charming little town. The hosts were warm and friendly and very helpful.Highly recommended.
I loved the location in a small old town in Tuscany. The staff was totally amazing!!
This B&B is lovely. The owners are extremely friendly and will bend over backwards to help you. The views from the rooftop patio were beautiful and we stayed up long past bedtime watching the lights.
Be aware that there is no elevator and you will have to walk up several flights of stairs. (This wasn't a problem for us but I know it is for some.)
