This B & B was very nicely renovated. We had a lovely room. It was an excellent price, so I would highly recommend it to anyone on a budget.
It was located in the countryside, so the nearest bus stop was a 2 km walk along the road (no sidewalks) from the B & B. This B & B would be great though for any traveller who had a car. But either by bus or car - it doesn't take long to get into the heart of Pisa.
we loved the house, the atmosphere, the vibe, and most of all Patrizia! she really is an amazing person. we stayed there for 3 nights, and enjoyed every day. we really recommend this place for a romantic getaway. thank you again Patrizia for everything!
The proximity of this B&B to the town is fantastic. We hired a car so the town center and the Tower of Pisa attraction were between 6km and 4km respectively. The rooms were very clean and the bathrooms quite spacious. The owner Patrizia is a very helpful, accommodating and co-operative host. If your traveling with kids i would recommend you opt for the triple superior or the suite. If you are a couple than the Double bed should do just fine. It offers all the basics that a traveling family could need and then some.... in terms of spaciousness and quality of rooms.
I found the showering cubicle to be too small. A larger cubicle is desperately needed. The televisions provided on request are quite small. Also there are no English channels available. A BBC, CNN and an English children's channel would make this place just perfect!
Patrizia is very nice. Confort the room
its not easy to find the B&B
Beautifully appointed and comfortable room. Well located for easy access to Pisa. Breakfast was superb and Patrizia is a wonderful hostess.
I've given Le Streghe Relais reasonable scores, but we didn't find it all that inviting, and wouldn't return. The room we were offered was really large, but every surface was cluttered with bric-a-brac and there seemed nowhere to put our things, which remained dumped in the middle of the floor. It felt uncomfortably like we were squatting in someone else's bedroom that they had reluctantly given up ... perhaps we were. In mid-March, the room took a while to warm up and the bathroom remained icy. On a dark and rainy Sunday night all the local restaurants seemed closed and after driving miles we had to make do with bar-snacks. Breakfast was an extra: it was uncooked but good quality.
