Location, Kebab shop on the corner Confirmed arrival time by email - No one read the email Arrived at the Il Giromondo - No one there Phoned the international number - English wasnt spoken Credit Cards accepted - No, its cash upfront and thats it Arranged arrival time for our prebooked return 2 days later - still no one there to greet us Rooms are good, Location is good, shame the customer isn't the priority. Still, at least the kebab shop on the corner is good.

Very friendly people, good location. Difficult to get access, as no one was on site when we arrived. We phoned their international number to get someone to come and meet us.

The phillipine reception is very nice and show us the way to the leaning tower, very patient to reply all the questions that we asked. The breakfast is ok. No hot water for shower. No reception service at night, so even we found no hot water we cannot ask for help.

This was my third stay at Il Giramondo, and once again I was very happy with the service, and convenience of the B&B. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the B&B is ideally situated for exploring Pisa and the railway station. The staff are always very helpful.

Hard working and helpful staff. Small but pleasant terrace. Had to wait about 20 minutes until someone arrived to let us in. Basic accomodation, a bit too spartan. Noisy from traffic and dogs outside, and from doors slamming. Air conditioning was either too cold or did not work, no happy medium. Despite what Booking.Com says, hotel will not accept credit cars and demands payment in cash and in advance.

Owners and staff are very friendly and helpful which gives it a very nice and ´welcome´ atmosphere. Makes one feel ´at home´ straight away.

La atención y amabilidad de EMI, la tranquilidad que había, el ratito de descanso en esa terraza oyendo los pájaros con vistas a un bosque-jardín, el desayuno muy completo con bollos caseros, nos íbamos pronto y nos dejo Emi todo preparado, se puede ir andando a todas partes, está cerca de la estación del tren. No pudimos pagar con tarjeta, hacía un poquito de frío.

Trevligt med en mysig gemensam terass. Frukost sådär men helt ok. Sköna sängar och bra städning. Nära centralstationen och centrum låg på lagom promenadavstånd. Hjälpsam personal (Emi) Vi bokade ett rum med toalett en bit utanför rummet men vår egna, det går men inte helt bekvämt. Lite liv från gatan.

Staff cordiale e disponibile. Camera molto curata e pulita, con bagno spazioso. Colazione essenziale ma completa. Posizione ottima, sia per la stazione sia per visitare la città. Poco insonorizzate le stanze, forse anche perchè la nostra era davanti alla sala colazioni e si affacciava sulla terrazza.

chambre agréable et jolie, très bon petit déjeuné varié (lait, thé, café, gateau, pain, yaourt, fromage, charcuterie, confiture, miel, nutella etc...) Maria qui nous accueille est tres sympathique Situé à 5 min de la gare et d'une grande rue commercante, ainsi qu'à 15 à 20 minutes de la tour penchée. Nous sommes arrivés apres 20H (nous avions biensur prévenu à l'avance) et avons appellé étant devant l'entrée de l'immeuble, Maria est arrivé à peine 55 minutes plus tard. Parfait.

Perfecte locatie. Super aardige bazin die elke ochtend een lekker ontbijt voor je klaar zet. Ruime kamers. Alles ook mooi schoon en kamer werd elke dag verschoond. Zelf zou ik nooit terug gaan naar Pisa, je hebt daar alleen de scheve toren en dan is het ook. Meer is er ook niet te doen!

L'espace pour 4; le prix abordable; la proximité du centre-ville; l'amabilité de la personne à l'accueil mais également de la propriétaire qui nous a trouvé (et amenés) un parking gratuit. La coupure de courant dans l'après-midi (et donc de la wifi) et le manque d'eau chaude jusqu'au lendemain ! Il faut dire qu'un incident a du survenir dès le samedi après-midi et comme la personne de l'accueil n'est revenue que le lendemain vers 8h ..
