Location very good, clean room, bed very comfortable and air con was ice cold. Breakfast very good. The staff were very nice to us and helped us with a free map of the city. Would stay here again despite the thing we didn't like listed below....

Noise from corridor in the morning every day around 7-8am waking us up. Room didn't have very good curtain blind so it let all the light in so when the sun is up you are up. The worst part of the stay was the bathroom. The bathroom did smell pretty bad 90% of the time think there was issues with the sewerage. Bathroom the smallest I've ever seen incidently.... Shower very very very small. I planned to pay for room on my card but was asked to pay cash instead....this put me out of pocket by about £15 due to my bank charges for withdrawing that money abroad.

Excellent location, just infront of a bus stop, and in 5 minutes walk to St. Peter square. Very friendly staff, always ready to help.

Small rooms, very small bath. Hard to find on arrive, no any sign or banner. It's located in an apartments building, you never would get inside without the keys. So you have to arrange a meeting on a street with the hosts to get the keys. But after all, it's all not that irritating and you would enjoy your staying.

Great location close to Vatican City. Nice clean rooms and helpful staff.

Not the most sound proof rooms.

Lovely big room, comfy and clean. Great location - stones throw away from the Vatican and either a 15 min walk or 5 min bus ride (bus stop right outside) to centre of Rome. Roxana was very helpful and welcoming and great breakfast!

    Helpful staff. Excellent location.

Wifi connection was poor, it kept disconnecting. Internal noises (pipes and staff in the morning) somewhat disturbing.

The staff were helpful and very welcoming. Thwy were also flexible with me letting me leave my bags before an after checking out. The location was perfect as well (just a few blocks to the Vatican City and right across from a bus stop that can take you directly to the train station).

The room was a little chilly.

Breakfast simple, but adequate Location great for visiting the Vatican and Papal events Staff very helpful and accommodating

Wi-Fi spotty. Wish we had paper copies of our plans, maps, etc. Room a bit cramped, but typical for European accommodations

Did exactly what it said on the tin. There was Wi-Fi in the rooms, the breakfast was fine, it wasn't too noisy, and once you knew your way around the city it was very fairly central, in a less expensive area than most, and super-close to the Vatican.

It was slightly further out from the centre than we expected, and the final 5 minutes of our walk was somewhat confusing with the strange road layout around the Vatican. Note to other guests - you CAN walk through the large tunnel that goes underneath Vatican City. Also, some indication on the main door as to how to gain entry when you first arrive would be very helpful.

Roxana is very friendly and helpful, very nice rooms and place. Clean room and good for sightseeing. 100 meters from Vatican. Everything is reachable from the bus station near B&B thus no problem reaching any place in the city.

We enjoyed our stay in this friendly B&B with excellent location just across from the side entrance to the Vatican. Bus 64 also took you to Termini passing by the main stops to touristic areas for only €1.50 a 100 minute bus/train ticket. All the staff were very helpful and we felt like being at our own home because we had the keys to get in an out of our floor and also the second floor where the kitchen-dining area was. They also recommended a restaurant accross the street with excellent home-made food (made by Daniel's "nonna" ) which was great value and delicious too. There is a lovely gelateria also across the street and the Carrefour is a couple or blocks up the road. I would go back to this B&B again. Thanks guys. Ximena.

The shower is a bit narrow and the windows overlook a back alley but we didn't spend much time in the room apart from the necessary rests so it was fine not to have a view because the view are actually outside. :-)
