B&B Casa Di Silvia

Julia was a fantastic host. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The B&B is immaculate and very well maintained. The location is perfect just 5 mins from the Metro station. The rooms are large enough as doubles or triples at a push. The breakfast is as you like it with Julia taking your requests to provide just what you want. The building is very safe and the courtyard is very inviting. The additions in the rooms such as safe, tea making facility and snacks add a real difference to the B&B. The bathroom is immaculate and the bathroom and bedroom have been furnished with fittings and furniture that adds to a fantastic experience.

Upon arrival in Rome we decided to stay in the city an extra day and at the last minute was able to find this room not far from the center of the city. The hostess, Juliana, was incredibly helpful and was ready for us immediately on short notice. Breakfast the following morning was fantastic and served to us in our room. The room was comfortable and quiet despite being in a busy area of the city.

Although the windows have double glass, there is still considerable amount of noise coming from the street. Ok, if walk all day long in wonderful Rome... Breakfast can be improved by providing fresh bread.

The lady who runs everything is very nice and helpful. The place is in a great location and we had everything we needed.

It was only slightly noisy outside from traffic and cars honking.

First of all a wonderful host, who was very nice and helped us with everything we needed. A very good location - 5 minutes from the metro. There are few places opened next to the hotel, some bars and a supermarket if needed. The rooms are big enough, clean and quiet. I would definitely stay there again!

Small shower, but this seems normal in hotel rooms here!

Verzorging van Julia is prima. Vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Locatie op loopafstand van Collosseum. Prima restaurants in de buurt. Komen vooral Italianen. Dus goed.

Ontbijt is ons te zoet. Geen lekker broodje of zoiets. Koffie is oploskoffie. Maar in de buurt zijn genoeg tentjes voor een lekker broodje en koffie.

La position géographique de l hôtel a côté du métro et des station de bus aucun besoin de voiture pour visiter

Un mix perfetto di cordialità, pulizia e comodità. È stata la prima volta ke io e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura. Che dire?! Per godersi Roma in piena autonomia non ci sono altre soluzioni: casa di Silvia. • colaZione a dir poco ricca e varia, inoltre la gentilissima signorina Giulia mette a disposizione crostate e frutta a qualsiasi orario della giornata • orari flessibili, e chiavi a portata di mano fin dalla sera in cui siamo arrivati, ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. • palazzina tranquillissima , pulita e rifinita • camere davvero molto belle, che ci hanno colpito per particolari, fantasia e pulizia. Esserci rimasti solo 3 giorni.

Posizione comoda rispetto alla metropolitana (a 2 minuti a piedi). Camere arredate in modo semplice ma funzionale, silenziose (abbiamo soggiornato in quelle che danno sul cortile interno).

La colazione in camera andrebbe servita su un tavolino più alto o su un carrellino (c'è solo un tavolino basso). Il POS non funzionava e ho dovuto pagare in contanti (sul sito è indicato che il b&b accetta le carte di credito).

Pulito e vicino alla metro. Iuliana é stata molto disponibile!

Le camere sono arredate bene con anche frigobar e con il bagno tenuto pulitissimo, personale molto cordiale e disponibile, buona location vicino alla metropolitana in zona anche di negozi giudizio molto positivo

υπέροχος χωρος με τρομερη καθαριότητα (το μπάνιο κυριολεκτικά έλαμπε). σε παρα πολυ καλη τοποθεσία, διπλα απο το μετρο, αλλα κι δίπλα στα καλυτερα αξιοθέατα (10 λεπτα ακριβως με τα πόδια απο το κολοσαίο). η Juliana ιδιοκτήτρια, μας ενημερωσε για τα πάντα (παροχη χαρτη), ηταν εκπληκτικη, ευγενέστατη και μας βοηθησε απο το πως θα κινηθούμε μεχρι το που θα φάμε. το τελευταίο βράδυ μας κερασε μεχρι και σαμπανια! ειλικρινα για τα λεφτά του ήταν οτι καλυτερο θα μπορουσα να διαλέξω!!!!

Posizione molto buona.A 3 min da metro e servita da molti bus. Pulizia ottima.A Disposizione cibi e bevande calde a qualsiasi ora. Quartiere molto tranquillo anche di sera.

Mancata informazione su impossibilita' di pagare con carta di credito e/o bancomat causa assenza pos.Cio' crea problemi nel reperire contanti.Se fosse detto che accetta assegni, sarebbe tutto piu' semplice.

La jeune femme responsable de l'hôtel est vraiment très aimable, serviable. Pour ceux qui ne parlent pas l'italien mais un anglais d'école comme moi, il n'y a aucun problème d'accent l'on se comprend très bien. Je vous recommande cet établissement.

Vous serez chaleureusement accueillis par Iuliana, la responsable de ce B&B-Hôtel, et apprécierez le charme et le calme (pour une capitale) de cette petite et cossue résidence privée avec cour au Sud-Est de Rome. L'établissement est propre et très bien entretenu. Les équipements sont nombreux (TV, WiFi, Toilette, douche dans la chambre, etc.) Certes, ce n'est pas le confort d'un très grand hôtel de luxe mais, rapport qualité/prix, c'est une excellente adresse ! Je n'ai pas eu à me plaindre de la literie. Vous pouvez, également, vous faire une idée des lieux et de ses équipements, en visionnant les nombreuses photos sur le site Internet du B&B (www.casadisilvia.it).

Un peu excentré du centre historique de la ville mais, pour de bons marcheurs, c'est nullement un inconvénient. Pour les autres, vous avez à deux pas des arrêts de bus ainsi qu'une station de métro (San Giovanni). Le petit-déjeuner est très complet (céréales, jus de fruits, café, yaourt, pains, etc.) mais, ce n'est pas de la bonne viennoiserie pur beurre à la Française. Dommage, également, que l'on ne puisse pas prendre celui-ci dans une pièce commune... Pour vous restaurer (pastas, pizzas, aperetivo, etc.), demandez conseils à Iuliana. Ne soyez pas surpris par le mode de paiement (de préférence en cash), c'est courant à Rome pour les petits établissements. Bref, une très bonne adresse. Vous ne serez pas désagréablement surpris en arrivant...

Giulia è simpatica e sempre educata e disponibile; la struttura è dotata di tutti i confort e la pulizia è impeccabile! Giulia is nice and very polite; the hotel is full equiped and really clean!

1、地理位置很好，地铁站出来不绕弯路五六分钟就到了。周边有小便利店、简餐等。旅店在一座大院里，周边坏- 境还可以，看起来比较安全。 2、前台非常热情，服务很好。 3、房间虽然小，但是比较干净。淋浴设备还算不错。

实在要说的话，相对这个价格，早餐比较简单了，就饼干、酸奶和茶之类的。

L'amabilité de l'accueil ,la propreté de la chambre . La proximité du métro qui rend l'accès facile aux sites à visiter .

Les petits déjeuners sommaires, à prendre dans la chambre sans installation adéquate ou dans un bout de couloir,composés de produits d'épicerie pré-emballés en quantité limitée (un peu triste les biscottes!) La salle de bain exiguë ,surtout la douche ! Le fait de devoir payer en espèces sans avis de booking ; L'absence de système de climatisation (nous n'en avons pas souffert à cette saison)

Iuliana is a great hoster, she is friendly talkative and explain u all about the place, how it works and also a good plan to know all the city, I love the room she gave me and it was also renew, she was so proud of it and I really like it coz her face shows the emotion and care she has for this place.
