Close to city centre, close to tram, bus and train station, very fast air conditioning, vending machine, 24h reception, close to restaurants.
WiFi super slow, stained carpets, not so clean duvet.
The hotel was very good value for money. Transport to the various attractions was easy to find
The location of the hotel was on a busy road so at night if you had the windows open it was really noisy.
Hotel is clean, nice, close to center. Staff is very helpful and supporting.
Slow WIFI in the evening, missing fridge in room in case of longer stay, less wardrobes but probably equal to hotel type Bed and Breakfast.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. There was a cable car right outside the door. The price was good, if you are on a budget.
The location was not really in the Trastevere area. There was nothing historical nearby nore were there many restaurants in walking distance. You would need to take a bus or taxi daily. It is not an area where you would go for an evening stroll.
Close to Trastevere station -- so handy if you're leaving for the airport the next morning. Which we were. Room was clean and cool, as in nicely air conditioned. The place has plenty of rooms so we were able to check in early. Extremely convenient.
The place is part of a chain, so lacks the charm and personality of a family-run B&B or guest house. Otherwise, no problems at all.
Everything is simply great. The staff, the location, the food everything. It's a great place to stay in Rome. They have a very nice decoration of the floors with vibrant colors. The furnishing is so modern and cool. The breakfast is too good.
Very clean and new. Bathroom very nice and spacious. Although not in the center of Rome the tram is right at its door. So very easy to get anywhere.
Modern Hotel, 7€ for the breakfast is a very good price, Transportation to Centrum in front of the hotel.
The rooms at the streetside are noisy because of the traffic. Missing cheese at the breakfast.
The hotel was a mass. They gave us a room in basement even do not have any windows, and it was smell really bad. Although it is written smoking is forbidden, people was smoking inside and the rooms smell really bad. The room was so noisy because of the noise coming from the streets. The room was so dirty, they even do not have any soap and the towels were also dirty. I do not recommend anyone to stay.
Room was rather spartan. Too noisy from street outside. Unpleasant odor from drain in toilet
Very clean and excellent value for money, 24 hour access which allowed us to see Rome night life without any fear of being locked out or tip toeing back to our room. The staff were excellent, always willing to help with advice on how to get about Rome, taxi fares so we wouldn’t get over charged. Our taxi didn’t turn up to take us to the airport and the staff came to the rescue and arranged a local taxi to take us to the airport at a reasonable price- first class!
Very clean and quiet room and good receptionists. Central location.
The towels smelled badly. There weren't any slippers.
Clean modern hotel with large common areas and a well sized room/bathroom. The reception is 24hrs and the ladies are cery helpful. The towels were changed on a daily basis. The location was right next too a tram stop and about 5mins from the mainline station, which was good for getting to the Vatican. Good pubs and caffes within a 5 min walking radius.
Scratchy office-like carpeting the rooms and only one combined handwash/shower gel/shampoo dispenser which was in the shower rather than above the hand sink. Only English channel is BBC news.
Very clean and modern with friendly staff who luckily spoke English
A fridge would have been really useful
Metro pick up point right outside hotel which takes you into centre of attractions. Great value for money and saved our feet. Hotel staff very friendly and very helpful. They arranged our transport back to the airport which couldn't be faulted and was well worth the money. Hotel room had everything we needed and was very clean and modern. Would defiantly stay here again.
I was under impression from the booking that breakfast was included in price but this was an additional charge which we didn't opt for.
Room was a good size. Clean and comfortable. Easy Access by tram/bus.
Sky Tv not as advertised with none of the Sky channels available. Street on which it is situated is dirty with overfull refuse bins, graffiti and rats/litter. Breakfast bland and insipid.
Great location. The tram stop is just outside the hotel. 5 minutes to the centre of Trastevere, which is very popular with the tourist or 15/20 minutes to the Colloseum.
Nothing fancy but no complaints for the value of money.
Super in any way. The room was perfect free wifi the best connection with tram 8 just outside our door. Thank you
Nice, spacious room. Late check in possible. Helpful staff. Tram stop just in front of the hotel (direct connection to Piazza Venezia) which is much better way to reach town center than risking own live in street traffic in own car. Car parking is not easy around hotel (a lot of cars), but if you find a spot, it's free
Poor wifi signal.
A great place to stay when you want to see all the sights and don't need a glamorous room. It is very contemporary, very clean, close to train station, grocery store, tram is right across the street, nice coffee shop couple doors down. It had everything we needed for how much time we spent in the room, we were in Rome after all, had a lot to see! The staff was very helpful arranging transportation for us. Lots of restaurant choices in the area.
could have better internet
Price Rooms Proximity to Rome
Internet did not work in my room. I would have liked to have had control of the temperature in my room. It was too warm.
street traffic noise
Comfortable rooms Close to train, street car , bus Good breakfast
