I was pleased with the hotel, situated in a very good area, immediately get to all the attractions right on the doorstep (tram 8)! Spacious room, clean, breakfast ok!

Has 24 hr reception, close to Trastevere station and on line to airport, good free internet on hotel computer. Easy walking to many Rome sights

The location. It was close to the station and a short train trip from the airport. The tram to Rome stops right out the front.

This is a professionally run B&B Hotel chain with a 24 hour front desk. Very central and good transport. Rooms very good but check to see whether you can get rooms with a lower rate at registration. Tv (even though Sky) is Italian, with bbc World Service only for English. Internet connection very good. Very easy to get from Fumicino - regional train to Trastevere Station - 5 minute walk (8 eur) and four times an hour. Note not Airport Express train.

Breakfast - equivocal, might not be good value for money. Baggage left after checkout, all in conference room - no receipt and one key for all - security?

Excellent location, clean and safe. Easy to use tram -stop right outside door. Would recommend if looking for basic, safe, clean accomodations.

Good value for money, free wifi, friendly staff, clean, and ideal temperature in the room. In summary, it's not a perfect hotel but the value for money is just alright! You simply get what you pay for.

The location is not ideal as you need to take a bus or train from Trastevere to the central station (Termini) and sometimes bus takes ages to arrive so I personally prefer to stay closer to the metro line but I know that many people wouldn't mind that.

New and clean

Our room was large and spacious. It was clean and comfortable and appeared to be recently updated. It was by far the best hotel I have stayed in for the price (very reasonable.) It was a block away from my daughter's apartment, and having an affordable hotel was the only way I could visit her during her study abroad, so I am very, very grateful. The folks working the desk were always ready to answer questions and help with directions. The woman in the breakfast room was very pleasant and always shared a smile and a "buon giorno." We all enjoyed the awesome cappuccino machine. The guys at the nearby pizza place and fruit market were also friendly. We stopped in the pizza place for a slice or a cold pop almost every day. One day I got to the counter and ordered a slice with a Coke and realized I didn't have any money with me. The young gentleman let me take my order and drop by with the money later. That kindness made me feel like I was a part of the neighborhood. Extremely convenient to the tram or a bus that can take you anywhere in Rome.

The eggs in the breakfast were not good at all. It would be better to have a little cheese and meat to have with the bread. Or even set out some hard boiled eggs. They can be cooked a few days ahead and refrigerated so there's no waste. I also wished there was some fresh fruit with the breakfast. It would be better to have a bowl of seasonal fruit, bananas, apples or oranges, than to have the canned fruit cocktail. It is on a busy street so there was some traffic and city noise. But it didn't bother me, I was in Rome!

The Hotel was particularly noteworthy for its absolute cleanliness. Our room and the dining room particularly. Our twin room wasn't large and we are both "substantial" so space was a bit short, but it had the best and biggest shower of anywhere we had stayed. No view but in Rome most people would be out exploring very day so that wasn't a problem. The dining room setup looked more like a school dining room but the format and setup worked wonderfully well and as mentioned - kept spotless. The breakfast was good value and had wonderful scrambled eggs. The staff were friendly and helpful and the tram stop was right outside the door. If you needed to get a taxi it cost roughly 14-15 euro from the centre of the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms are recently furnished and although simple in good shape. Bathrooms are modern and the hair dryer was usually effective for hotel standards.

The entrance situation of the hotel is not attractive, after entering, one has to take an elevator into the basement, pass through a tiny corridor and take yet another elevator into the hotel area. We were given rooms of very small size in which to open the bathroom door one had to push it against the bed. I could see that other rooms were far more spacious and perhaps we simply had bad luck. The breakfast is not worth the amount charged for it, not even if compared to Italian standards. It comprises coffee from a machine, cornetti (croisant), white bread, packaged butter, jam and honey, highly diluted fruit juices and simple cornflakes. At times there was a cake as well.

The people were helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were adequate value for money and a good concept that should be used by more hotels

The staff are very helpful, and fluent in English. There is a tram stop just outside and if you arrive by train, it is a five minute walk from the station. This hotel is like an upmarket Premier Inn, does what it says on the tin, very well, but nothing fancy, but good value.

Some may not like the busy street outside and noise, though this didn't bother me. The beds are comfortable enough but Italian hotels don't appear to do spring loaded mattresses, not great if you're not used to it.

Central. Close to station and tram. Helpful English speaking staff. Decent sized room. Well priced.

Room lights too dim. Only one English TV channel. Drainage smell in bathroom. No shower cap or shampoo or body lotion. No shower door or curtain , water splashes on floor. If window curtain opened, room visible to many other rooms. If curtain closed, no natural light.
