The location is great and within a short walk of all the major sites. The room was very comfortable and had a modern bathroom. Almost felt like I had a little apartment of my own in Rome.
Fantastic little b&b. Riccardo really helpful and friendly. Great restaurant on the right as you go out the front door.
excellent location..close to termini and pretty much everything else except vatican city...my room was clean..had a twin bed that was fine..bathroom was clean..but was alil small..wifi had a good signal...elevator is good for 1-2 people at a time..place is on the 6th floor...but if you are young..the stairs arent too bad..
Location Friendly Room was good size Great Italian style breakfast
Can't fault this place for the price
English-speaking, friendly staff, instruction/confirmation for check-in prior to arrival via email, cleanliness (room, bathroom, common area)
Nothing significant enough to matter. It's not for travelers looking for a fancy place or a place just a couple steps off the main street. This is a quite, small apartment that is still close enough (walking distance) to the center but gives a break from the craziness of the city tour during the day.
location, reasonable price and size of room.
Riccardo not around to answer questions and no info, such as maps, available.
The location was excellent. Very near to main tourist attractions, in a quiet side street, linked to main street with many public transport options. It is a great place to start exploring the many attractions and lovely side streets and restaurants. The breakfast in the coffee shop next door (included) is a perfect Italian start to the day.
No biggie ... We expected the kitchenette to have facilities for making our own food, or snacks. The kitchenette can only be used for making a drink. There is a microwave, but no plates or bowls.
Clean and comfortable
Outside of the building - needs paint
Once you enter the B&B floor the building is very well kept; the room is bright and airy, and of a considerable size. Wifi works very well, there is a computer available for guests, and the kitchen is very complete. Breakfast is served in a very nice bar next to the building, pastries and coffee are great, though not that abundant as a continental breakfast would be.
The access to the building was a bit dark at night and, while we never felt unsafe, the fact that the main entrance to the building was always left unlocked, was an unnecessary risk. The common areas of the building, specially the stairs, lack maintenance and are definitely showing their age.
good service, convenient trafic.
the floor of the washroon is too skiddy, my son and I slipped down in that room.
Kind owner, clean ans cozy house:)
Location : you need to take bus, you can walk but quite far from the city center ( 30min walking to navona quere) Breakfast was very very poor, (coffe and one crossant, thats it) and sunday there was no breakfast (the place was closed)
Good location close to Roma Termini
Very nice and comfortable room in the centre of Rome. Hotel is beautifully decorated and located in a quiet neighborhood. The bed was perfect; I slept better than at home))
1. A very neat, clean, and spacious room. 2. Location, location, location! Very conveniently located close to the metro in the heart of the city. 3. Good breakfast and easily accessible Wi-Fi.
1. The lift was far too small for the three of us and our suitcases. 2. A lady who lives in the building was quite rude when she saw the three of us in the elevator, claiming it was only supposed to support two people at one time. However, the max mass the lift could support according to the official sticker was 250 kg, which is much more than two people! 3. The toilet tank flush valve was leaky and we had to manually fix it on a number of occasions by getting on the step ladder.
Tutto perfetto, grazie Riccardo
Very lovely hotel, we were hosted in a wide triple room with a huge shower and lots of features. The landlord Riccardo has been very friendly. Thank you
Everything as expected, so perfect, the way I like it! Photos describe the reality, my past experiences in Rome were not so good, talking about B&Bs, but this time, finally, I got it right and since I travel for business, mostly, I know where to book now. Thanks to Alessia for her kindness.
I am very happy about my experience in B&B Roma Central. Facility well located, staff very friendly, room super equipped also with international cable tv with lots of languages available.
The location. Easy access to attractions and public transport.
Responsible was never there. The elevator is tiny and 3 people maximum, so need to get on and go back down to pick up those missing (key operated). The scale is in a deplorable situation and the smell of curry is permanent. As for the room, being generous, could be defined as simple. The bathroom very tiny.Would be good put actual photos, because that are not currently reflect the actual appearance of the property, and there as it gives rise to errors. We do not understand the rating received. Never recommend this B & B. An absolute disappointment.
Excellent quality/price relation. The staff was very supportive since the arrival. Great location very close to Termini station.
The staff, the location
Facilities offered in the hotel, not worth the money
Everything was good except the lift is too small that we have to go up one by one with luggage.
Clean room, perfect furniture (especially liked the wardrobe :)), good location. Nice place to stay there.
Poor sound isolation - you can hear doors opening in a corridor and the water draining in your neighbor's bathroom. But anyway during the night it was quite silent, so I've managed to sleep well. The only challenge was how to return the key from the elevator, but still putting down my luggage. I was travelling alone, so I had to leave my bag downstairs and VERY quickly go up and down to return the keys. Fortunately I've found my back downstairs same as I've left it :)
