Metro station 1 minute away, fridge in the room, good beds, nice restaurant opposite
A bit small shower for me, blocked sink, not to much day light in the room nr 2, room service lady left my room open for all day
Me and my sister stayed for two nights in this hotel and we enjoyed it a lot. Very very friendly manager: Dominic the manager is a real gentleman. He is very kind and so helpful. He cares very much about his guests having a great time in Rome. gave us city map and showed us directions to the main attractions. gave me an umbrella when it was raining heavily in Rome. Helped us in the mornings have a delicious cappuccino and breakfast. Very clean rooms. High-speed WiFi. Flat-screen Satellite TV. Best location: Easy access to Metro station. Super close to the Termini and city center. From Termini you can take the subway to the main attractions in Rome very shortly. You will surely enjoy your stay in Rome in this hotel. Personally, we will definitely go back there whenever we visit Rome again. :)
We stayed in this B&B for 2 nights and we loved it. Dominico was very friendly. The place had all the basic things needed and it was clean. It is in a very good location, right next to a metro stop and only a 15 m walk to the coliseum. Will definitely go back to this B&B!
Friendly manager Lift to rooms Clean
The air conditioning was broken and this was one of the main reasons for choosing Domus Domas - we were given a fan but this wasn't sufficient for the heat. We were not compensated for this.

Great staff. Pleasant communication. Excellent service. Center positioning. Dominico is doing more than fine, thanks.
Nothing worth mentioning.
Staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. Showed us directions to the main attractions, drew it on the map for us, and also helped us making our coffee every morning on the self serve breakfast. Location was close to the colosseum, as well as 10 steps away from the subway station. Was also close to a halal fast food (across the street), which was a positive thing for us. A small convenient store with next door, and a super market a couple of blocks away. Room was clean but very basic. Breakfast was more of snacks than a full breakfast but nice to have before hitting the streets in the morning.
The first impression of the place was not up to what we expected, the entrance lobby is extremely tight and wearing off, kitchen location is on the entrance. Our room was the first next to the entrance so it was mostly noisy, we could hear every step, door open/close as well as rings and talks from the lobby. My wife found blood spots on the bed sheet, we reported it and they kindly provided us with a clean one. Room service didn't change the bath towels until we asked. No trash can in the restroom, we had to put a plastic bag. The toilet seat was loose and uncomfortable. No floor mat/special towl in the bathroom. It seems that dust is a Rome problem, but under the bed was extremely dusty (clumps of dust), obviously not cleaned for a long time. The room for four had a sofa bunker bed, the upper one was wobbly, we were worried, so one of us had to sleep on the floor.
Close to Termini and Maria Maggiore :) Friendly and flexible hosts!
Central location, near subway. Only short walk to main attractions
Area was a bit rough and rundown
Good location and clean room. Budget B&B in Rome.
It was hot during the night and the a/c was not available as it is a seasonal facility.
Location, right beside Metro Station Frederico, very friendly and helpful Cleanliness, daily cleaning Sky TV Tea facilities
Breakfast on the small side
The owners were very helpful assisting with tourist site info and bus & subway info and they knew the city of Rome very well. It was enjoyable to stay amongst the people of Rome instead of in a hotel setting.
Can't think of anything we didn't care for.
Dominico friendly and helpful. User friendly for travelling with a teenage family. Would not hesitate to recommend, and I read lots of reviews before I book, do so with confidence. Grazie.
A little bit difficult to find, but a delight hiding behind that fabulous big front door.
The location was great- very close to Termini train station and near subway(access to all over the important places). The room was clean. Really comfy beds.
We couldn't let our luggages at the reception for a couple of hours in our last day. Poor breakfast in our opinion.
Location - just in front of a metro station, near the rail station, and walking distant from historical center. Staff - very kind and attentive Room - spacious, good cable tv.
Location - the location is a little desert at night. Wifi - didn't work well in our room. Breakfast - too sweet, but I guess it is the italian breakfast.
3 blocks from termini station and just in front of vittorio emanuele metro station. Clean and colourfull rooms, helpfull staff. For sure value for money!
Close to the Termini railway station and to the metro station. Very friendly staffs. Good size and clean room. Very good price.
The breakfast was poor.
Perfect place to stay in Rome, clean room and very nice staff helping you with everything. 10 minutes walk from termini station and just 30 seconds away from Metro station. Recommended.
