Extremely noisy

If I were to return to Rome I would definitely stay here again. Location couldn't be better. Just a couple of blocks and you are at the Termini where all transportation modes are available. Everything is clean. We shared a bathroom with a couple of other rooms, but no problem. They have a kitchen where you can store and cook your own food. Breakfast is around the corner...simple but adequate to start the day. Emily, the proprietor, always has fruit in the kitchen you can take. Such a value is hard to fine in Rome.

The room is big with new furniture is close to termini station the smell is verry nice the staff is friendly and we let our laggages at the hotel in the last day until we left to the airoport

Breakfast was verry poor only one coffe and a croissant. They don t have verry good windows and we couldn t sleep untill midnight

Shared bathroom, but that kept price down.

Location - Very close to Roma termini just a few steps and you can find the hostel. There're many bar and restaurant near termini we found the japanese buffet restaurant called Hokkaido which is yummy. The owner - She's so friendly. Although it just a small hostel but you can feel like home. Breakfast - Given coupon for morning bf at a bar near the hostel and termini. A quick BF is just a cup of coffee and a croissant but it feels good. You also can grab some fruits from hostel's kitchen. The hostel - Is very clean you will feel comfortable with shared bathroom which has everything you want.

Because around termini there're many homeless people so you may be careful esp in the night. Also the noises from the road can disturb you some how.

The location is good, near Termini yet far from the dangerous area. Easy access to Metro or walk around Rome. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is at a bar nearby, simple but it's typical for Italians, we enjoyed the delicious coffee and being surrounded by locals. Shared bathroom is very clean, the shower is small which worked fine with us but might give some trouble with people with bigger size. Overall it's a pleasant stay and we would like to come back again next time when visiting Rome.

1. It was value for money B&B. 2. Location is very good especially if you are going to travel by train as this is very near to the Termini station (main train station in Rome). 3. Room was neat and clean with air conditioning.

1. Breakfast was a let down. We were given coupons to have breakfast at across the street restaurant and it was only 1 croissant & 1 coffee (nothing else). We were travelling with 2 year old kid and nothing for him. That's one main reason due to which I would not recommend anyone with a kid to stay there. 2. On site it's mentioned that wifi is available in all areas but unfortunately that's not the case and when we checked in then only we were told that wifi doesn't work on top floor. Unfortunate as I had to spend 20 EUR on a vodafone sim card so that I can access the internet from room.

The hotel is so close to Termini Station so, is so easy to find it and from there you can take wherever transport that you need. People who work in the hotel are so friendly and warm, can help you when you need it and recomend you places to visit in rome. The rooms are big and clean In general the hotel is really nice for the price!! Thanks for all Emily ;) Greetings from Barcelona!!

Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff

A bit noisy during the day and evening because of street traffic.

Everything was perfect. The owner is very nice, welcoming and helpful. The room and the bathroom were very nicely decorated and perfectly clean. The B&B is set in the prime location - steps from the Termini station from where you can get anywhere in Rome on foot or by public transport. If we come to Rome again, we will definitely stay there and will recommend it strongly.

Good price, near Temini station and Metro

The location is good, very close to Termini Station and easy to reach most sights. Emily is so kind and gives useful advice. The room is clean and within private bathroom. Breakfast is not bad, besides classic Italian one, also providing juice/milk/bread/cheese/etc.

Emily the owner of B&B Tropical is so welcoming and helpful. she gave us a great map and suggested some places to eat and to visit. The hotel itself is 5 minutes walk from main train/metro station in Rome and within 20 minutes walk from the Colosseum and Trivi fountain. Beds are comfortable and rooms very clean with small TV. There are cooking facilities in the kitchen Emily allows you to use and a fridge to keep your drinks cool. Breakfast is good for a B&B. Fresh croissants,eggs, toast, cereal, freshly made coffee/ cappuccino/tea. and juices. Remember that Rome is a busy city and there will be noise from traffic from most hotels around.during the night. Its well worth taking some ear plugs if you are light sleeper. Would highly recommend this hotel

We were leaving early the next morning and were so relieved to have booked so close to the train station. It is the second time we have stayed in B&B Tropical and chose it again, primarily because of its excellent location and how easy it was to find, but also because the staff are so helpful. The room was large and felt very safe. It looked out onto a leafy street. Would definitely reccommend to all.

Room was a bit noisy, but we're deep sleepers so didn't bother us - might be an issue to light sleepers though.

Friendly and EXTREMELY helpful staff, convenient location for hopping off the train & they make a cappuccino for you in the morning! :)

Easy access to shuttle-bus and Termini railway for airport Fiumincino transfer.

Windows overlook a street, so it was noisy.

Great location, Staff Emily was nice and helpful with the city tour. The quality of shower gel, shampoo etc above average B&B standard. And there is a shared kitchen, and small dinning area.

Very noisy due to the heavy traffic in the street, before 11pm, we can hardly fall into sleep. During our stay, the shower cubic was out of order, and we have to go to another shared bathroom in the apartment next door, and it was not very clean. And the wifi connection was really poor. If you are lucky enough to get connected, the speed is slow too.

The hotel is located not far from Termini railway station. It takes about 5-10 min of walk to get to the hotel which is ok when you're loaded with bags. There are shuttle buses going to the main airports. The ticket costs 4 euro.

Very, very noisy because the hotel is located close to the main streets. The sleep was pretty bad. Moreover, you cannot leave the window open for the whole night because of the noise coming from the streets - overtime it gets stuffy.

The double room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable, with nice, warm-colored decoration. It's located about 2minutes away from Termini. The host was friendly, easygoing and helpful and the breakfast is good too.

The room is clean and large, you can also use the kitchen and freezer to store your stuffs, which is good during summer. I was a little bit worried about no air condition, turns out it still very nice to stay only with air fan. The owner Emily is wonderful, she do helped a lot about the travelling. My friend got hurt when we visiting Rome, she even helped to deal with the wound. the coffee she made is also fantastic. Anyway we like the hotel and her very much. Will definitely choose it again. 这个家庭旅馆很干净，房间也很大，厨房和冰箱都可以供人使用。虽然没有空调，但是依然很舒服，晚上会有点路- 上的噪音，但是旅行一般都很劳累，也不会感到特别大的影响。房主是个非常热心的人，你只要跟她聊，她会给你- 提供很多有用的信息，她做的早餐也很好，比我在威尼斯吃的好吃的多。部分因为这个旅馆和老板的原因，我们很- 喜欢这次罗马之行。会再次选择它的！
