The staff (owners) were friendly and helpful. They truly wanted our stay to be comfortable and enjoyable. It was very clean and cheerful. The location was great... a lot of restaurants and shopping. Very near St. Peter's, Castel Sant'Angelo, and Piazza del Popolo. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is excellent, espcially with regard to Metro and the Vatican.

I had requested two twin beds, which they did not accomodate. They had not advised that this option was not available.

The bedrooms were a nice design, and there is a lift to the floor for those traveling with heavy bags. The beds were relatively comfortable. The location is close to transport and the Vatican.

Bathrooms: There a two bathrooms in this hotel, one has a shower over the bath, the other a shower. The second shower is not useable as it floods the room. The bath/shower appears to have not been cleaned in a long time, with soap scum encrusted everywhere. Neither bathroom was cleaned properly (the owners wiped only the middle of the floor down every second day only) the our entire 8 day stay. The bathrooms each have a toilet, neither of which was cleaned. The larger bathroom also has a bidet, but the toilet and bidet are against the bath, making getting in and out of the only useable shower awkward. This was not helped by the lack of bathmat. Linen: You will only be given new towels every 3 day, even if you ask for new ones. This is a major problem as you can not use the towel to stop the bathrooms from flooding, or stand on them after your shower (as the floor is not clean), unless you want to then use a very dirty towel for the next two days. I guess you could call this "eco-friendly" as something was bound to be growing in that bathroom. Washing: There is no washing facility available to guests, despite there being a washing machine in the kitchen. Breakfast: We were served a stale croissant and dry toast with no choice of spreads. They also have only one choice of juice each day. Owners: They are not friendly, despite what other say. They have absolutely no english, and also do not understand accented Italian. They have no wish to communicate with you, don't bother asking for good local food or directions to anything. The female owner smokes in the kitchen and bathroom, even though they claim to be smoke free.

The owner of the hotel Mr. Artemis and his wife Anna were very friendly. They do whatever they can to meet our requirement. They picked us up freely from the airport, provided us free coffee every day, advised us to the interesting spots and helped us rent a car with discount. The swimming pool is quite private and next to the sea. They even warm up our takeaway fish by grill which was very appreciated.

It would be good if the wifi is accessible in the room rather than only in the reception.

It's a perfect place to stay if you wish to see as much of Rome as possible. Just two blocks from metro station Ottaviano and five minutes walk from San Pietro. The b&b is cosy and small - it's a big apartment turned into a hotel. But the rooms are spacious (maybe even too big for two persons), and there are two bathrooms. Showers are ok (important!). The breakfast was better than expected. We noticed incredible cleanness of the whole place. Giorgia and her husband (the owners) are nice and truly hospitable. Good value for money!

The location is great, you are just 1 minute walk from Ottaviano subway stop, 5 minutes walk from the Vatican and in a nice residential area with lots of shops Furthermore we got picked up at the airport for a fare price and the owners were really nice

The only downside is that we had to share the bathroom but for the price, service and location it was worthy

Mooie ruime kamer, lekker ontbeten, B&B wordt gerund door een echtpaar dat elders woont, maar men was elke morgen om 8:00 present om ons ontbijt te serveren. Gezellig, ook grappig om andere gasten te ontmoeten aan het ontbijt en dan weer ieder de eigen weg te gaan.

Trato amable del personal, buen desayuno, preciso. Muy cerca de plaza San Pedro. Habitación amplia y acogedora, cama grande. Te hacen la cama todos los días y eso se agradece.

Las duchas necesitan una mantención, al igual que el WC del baño más pequeño. La luz de la habitación es muy tenue por la noche.

Très bien située, à 5 minutes de la station de métro Ottaviano ainsi que du musée du Vatican, cette auberge récente et très propre est un super compromis. 25 minutes de marche pour la Piazza Navona environ, petit déjeuner servi dans la chambre, chambre double gigantesque, très propre, silencieuse, et les deux salles de bains mises à disposition sont suffisantes car il me semble que l'auberge ne compte pas plus de 4 chambres. Le réceptionniste est très sympa, il nous attendais au moment ou nous sommes arrivés, et le jour de notre départ il nous avait laissé un jeu de clefs pour pouvoir laisser nos bagages à l'auberge et venir les récupérer avant d'aller à l'aéroport. De plus, en discutant avec lui je lui ai dit que mon anniversaire était le lendemain, j'ai eu le droit à une part de gâteau avec des bougies sur le plateau petit déjeuner pris en chambre! Je recommande fortement cette auberge au vue du prix et de sa localisation, parfaite pour un week- end. Une fois nous avions logé vers le Colisée dans un hôtel au même prix, mais les chambres et la prestations étaient bien inférieures!
