Nice location near the metro and the St Pierre Basilque Breakfast served in the room Nice appartment style Near very good Italian restaurant (La Tavernetta Cucina Umbra)
Heating were only working until 11pm
The owner was very friendly and provided good information about Rome The room was big and clean. The location was excellent. Just close to Vatican and the metro station.
It would be better if there is a boiler in the room. Breakfast could be improved.
The hosts were very welcoming. Very clean and well localized Very great time in Roma.
The host was very kind and willing to help us at anything we needed. Our room was clean and mostly everything was much better than we expected.
The owner is very helpful and friendly. You get your own keys to come and go as you please. The room was huge with a big comfy double bed 2 comfy arm chairs and a big screen t v, Wifi worked well in the room. This place is 2 mins walk from Metro Ottaviano which is 7 stops from the main train terminal. You can also walk from the hotel and be in front of the Vatican in less than 10 mins. By usng the metro you are in front of the Collassium in about 25 mins and it costs $ 1.50 euros. All in all a great place to stay. Thank you from a Smith England.
This is nice place. We were prepared good breakfast. Hotel is near many interesting places
The manager was knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. Breakfast was nice, with freshly baked goods, espresso, and fruit or yogurt, and it was presented on-time. Location was convenient (close to metro and Vatican). Room was spacious and facilities (kitchen, bathroom) were impeccably clean. The manager thankfully worked with us to store our luggage for a day; make sure that if you need your luggage stored after check-in, you work this out. This is a small B&B, not a large hotel, so there is not always a staff person present. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.
The kitchen is very cute and accessible, but guests are only really allowed to heat water in the microwave for tea, or store items in the fridge. It would have been nice to be able to use the kitchen to cook meals, as eating out in Rome can be expensive. Also, we occasionally had to wait to use the shared bathroom, so another bathroom would have been nice.
The owner was very helpful and friendly! Our room was big and spacious, the area is close to the metro and vatican. You could choose to have breakfast in bed or in the kitchen at your appointed time. Breakfast was basic but nice, especially when the owner helps you with the must sees and to go a little of the beaten path to get away from all the tourist. Great help! We had such a good night sleep after all the walking we did! it helped that there was no noise from outside keeping us awake. Being 2 women travellers (mother &daughter) we felt very safe in this area too. For dinner make sure to go to Ai Balestari 2 blocks away on piazza dell unita 27. Great food very cheap too :)
Our host was friendly and able to recommend areas of Rome with good restaurants and nightlife. The room was spacious, and clean. The wifi was very strong and consistent, which was a first for the B&Bs we'd stayed in to that point. The breakfast was the best we'd had so far, too: it included yogurt in addition to the usual sweet Italian breakfast items. The location was great - close to subway and quiet at night. And we were grateful for the elevator after traveling for 2 weeks. Two bathrooms are shared, but they're very clean.
Can't think of anything!
It was nice to have a basic breakfast/coffee every morning. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and big, bed was comfortable, and there are 2 bathrooms instead of just 1 (both with a shower) and they were cleaned regularly - didn't have to worry so much about sharing. Location was good because it was close to a metro station.
Kitchen was not available for guests to use, only the staff. Located right next to the Vatican so all the nearby restaurants were quite expensive.
The staff was very friendly and helpfull, the room was very nice and clean. The bathroom was also clean, there was a shower and a bath. The location was good, metrostation was within 200 meters.
The pillows were very thin, but in the closeth there were more pillows. The bath and the shower are a little bit small but okay for a couple of days. The food was regular and basic but also okay for a couple of days
The location is excellent for tourists, who would like to see the Rome. Metro staytion is in 5 min. away. The Vatican is also close so you can reach it in 5-10 minutes. The breakfast is simlple, but it was nice. Renato, the housekeeper is a great and talkative person and it was pleasent talking to him while he was making a cup of coffee for you :) I strongly recommend this place to tourists that are reaching for the good price&quality location.
Spacious rooms, realky comfy bed, super nice owner, generous breakfast delivered straight to your room every morning! Highly recommended:)
The bathroom is shared but for is it was not a problem
A fabulous travel thanks to this accommodation : a very good conditions at the best price!
the room is clean and comfortable. the owner very nice and breakfast very good.
AMAZING VALUE FOR MONEY ROOM. VERY CLOSE TO VATICAN AND OTHER PLACES OF INTEREST. VERY CLOSE TO THE METRO
Location, Fresh cool rooms, nice classic elevator, metro nearby, comfortabel beds, big rooms, breakfast
The locations is pretty good and the owner is a nice person.
Though the rooms are rather spacious and nicely furnished, we wouldn't return to this B&B. The principal reason is the shared bathroom that wasn't very clean. Also, the flat is very noisy: all the doors squeak and one can hear everything that's happening in the corridor and in the kitchen. It's impossible to sleep once the other guests wake up.
Location, breakfast,help from staff
Cleanliness of the showers and the room, wi-fi signal, tv signal
extremely clean, friendly
Everything was great! Renato was so helpful and friendly. If come back to Rome, we will stay in BeB GeG again.
Close to metro, staff very nice, excellent room clean and tidy.
Big bed, big room, high ceilings, parquet, a lot of hot water in the shower, district
not fresh linens - we ask to change. Not hot, not warm, but cold coffee during breakfast, no hot water for tea - strange service
The bed was comfortable.
Staff was not there on arrival. Had trouble getting in touch with anyone via email and phone and getting key to the room. Manager was on way out of town when he finally showed up after we waited outside with luggage in the cold. He was extrememly rude. Bathrooms were advertised as private and ended up being shared with strange single men. The bathrooms were filthy. I would never recommend or stay here again.
Close to train... Rooms were nice
Shared bathroom... And smell of cigarette
