Very near to Vatican museum, the gentleman serving me is extremely nice, patient and polite. He gave me very helpful advice for travelling. The bathroom is very spacious.

I liked all in this place. Most important, that the owner (or maybe guy who work there) was very kind, he helped us many times, gives advices. All was great.

What I liked best about this B&B was the warm welcome we received from Gabriele. He made us feel like we had come home. Looked the comforts of the place especially the cappacino maker. So close to everything. Would highly recommend this place. Chris from Canada

Great location, very helpful owner, great room service. You can rest after sightseeing, cause the place is very quiet even though in the centre of the city.

We chose the hotel, after reading the opinion of other people and realized that the good things were true, even above our expectations . Very clean, in the center, close to everything we needed and wanted to be and Gabriele ... the best.

Nice hotel owner very cooperative guide me to cover most famous areas in r oma in less than 12 hours the owner is very polite and not mony maker thanks to him very near to metro station less than 2 min by walk

The hotel was wonderful, excellent, fabulous. First of all, it was very close to the metro station (2 minutes walk) and at a 5 minutes walking distance to the Vatican. The breakfast room was opened all day long (also by night) and the breakfast was very rich: natural juices, milk, cereals, croissants, pies, butter, toasts, jam, finetti, coffee, water, etc. There is also a coffee machine and a microwave. The hotel room was huge. It was actually an apartment , it had a kitchen, a bathroom and the room itself. The owner is very,very nice and friendly, he offered us a map and he pointed the most important places to visit. Also he allowed us to leave the bags there in our final day in order for us to enjoy that day as well. When we will go back to Rome, we'll definitely stay there, I have no doubt about that! I liked the location,the comfort,.It was very quiet and very clean.The staff very kind,helpfull,warm,Federica has been a wonderful host and made everything nice .The breakfast was good ..I will return to this B&B .It was fabulous..

The shower is a little small

nice location close to Vatican but easy to reach from Termini by Metro. Strong WIFI Internet, nice buffet breakfast. Single room was very comfortable and quiet. You can explore Rome by foot starting from this guesthouse.

One girl of the staff speaks only italian (no english, no french) but wasn't a big problem.

The owners are really kind and gentle. The location is great, full of shops and really close to the Vatican City. Free coffee and snack all day. Single room is quite small with a huge bathroom. Very clean

The hosts were very sweet and kind. They knew that we were on our honey moon so they decorated the room with all the little hearts and little heart-shaped candles. We asked for the conversion plug that they didn't have at the moment. They went out immediately and bought one for us. I will definately recommend it to my friends!

The only inconvenience is that they do not accept credit card...

No credit card, poor breakfast, smallest shower door I have ever seen :)

The location is absolutely perfect, a few steps from the metro station, and just a few minutes away from the St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican museums. The staff is great! Gabriele and Federica are great and generous people and impeccable hosts. They make you feel at home from the first moment. They provide you with useful information regarding the city including the best way to travel around and the best restaurants to dine in (and you should trust Gabriele's opinion and visit every single restaurant he recommends!) The B&B is the opposite of a big and impersonal hotel; it is a small 4 bedroom apartment with a kitchen that is accessible 24/7 with great coffee. We have enjoyed every second of it and we'll be back.

Great location.Next to the metro,close to the Vatican,Basilica of St.Peter,Castel San't Angelo,and is not far Trastevere! The room was big,quiet and very clean.The host was helpful.We felt like home.I would certainly recommend it!

Perfect location, great staff!

Hosts very helpful on arrival with tourist advice and maps of Rome. Full instructions for hotel amenities (kitchen, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities all included and available 24/7). Rooms immaculately clean and aircon very practical. Location cannot be bettered 5 mins from metro for town and 650 metres from Vatican.

Great location near Metro and Vatican. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet at night. Very clean and well kept B&B. Free WiFi worked well.

Basic but OK breakfast.

It has an excellent location near to Ottaviano Metro station- and the Vatican that most new comers to Roma will definetely visit. It was quite as it rests on a floor in a small street. It is economic and it offers what it peromises- a good sleep and sth to eat for breakfast.

The sheets smelled a bit and since I stayed for only one night I cannot say if the room is cleaned every day. There is no 24 hour reception, so you better not loose your keys if you come back late at night. And keep that in mind if you want to log in or out very late at night- or early in the morning.

Great hospitality from the owner. The room was clean to the perfection! Great location just around the corner to Metro station. All major tourist attractions of Rome accesible by foot. Fresh pastries for breakfast every day.

I can only say it is perfect Hotel...I highly recommend you this Hotel if you will stay in Rome. Very helpful people , very good location and so near to Metro station. good budget as well.
