The position and views were great and the local restaurant was fantastic

The only Problem we found was, There was no where to sit-and as it was winter, it was too cold to sit outside., therefore we were confined to our room, which was very big, but very lovely none the less.

Constant smell of sewage in room. It was a little difficult to find and it was quite far from Florence. Minimal English spoken.

La Fonte del Machiavelli offers spectacular views over a Tuscany vineyard and valley. The venue was pleasant, as was the host. The room was more in align to a high-end boutique hotel, small and well approinted but lacked 'oldee-world' charm. Excellent breakfast. Limited options for dining out on a Monday as most of the restaurants in the local towns close on that day. A major plus was the proximity to a village that gave quick, easy bus access to Florence.

The venue was a little difficult to find, even with a gps and it is located down a rather long and difficult unsealed road.

Location, location, location ! View.

Simply perfect - with amazing view from the breakfast terrace.

The location was magnificent.. beautiful vistas in the middle of Classico Chianti wine country. Very helpful and friendly owner. Great restaurant 1 minute away.

Unfortunately only stayed for one night in this wonderful B&B. Owners very helpful and friendly. Lovely room, pool, and best breakfast we had in the whole 4 weeks touring around Italy and France. If you love cosy friendly B&B's this is very good value for money and only about 15km to Florence. It is also very close to many interesting historic villages and quiet little towns with a good variety of restaurants.

Lovely agriturismo accomodation in the hills near florence, perfect to get a fealing of Tuscany. Very good recommended restaurant nearby. Very good breakfast.

Good location and relaxed atmosphere in the middle of Chianti valleys

Room was very small, and internet connection was pretty bad.

It is very nice place in Chianti.

When we first arrived at B&B La Fonte Del Machiavelli we instantly felt relaxed. The charming B&B was very clean (i.e. no bugs for being in the country side) and the beds were comfy. The terrace has an amazing view of the valley, perfect for the brunch served. The host was very attentive. My boyfriend accidentally broke a lamp in the bathroom with his big head and the owner actually apologized and fixed it straight away! We had a great time and only wished our Italian was better to express our gratitude!

Der sehr ausgefahrene und unbefestigte Weg, auf dem manches Autos unsanft aufsetzt.

Cadre fantastique et très reposant. Personnel chaleureux et accueillant. Petit déjeuner bon et copieux. L'endroit paisible permet un repos total. Le jardin et la piscine sont très appréciables .

Lieu difficile a trouver mais l'endroit en vaut le détour . La difficulté de l'accès permet de preserver cet endroit magique et charmant.

La tranquillité, le calme dans une magnifique nature. L'accueil, l'aide pour trouver un resto etc... Le petit-déjeûner

Comme nous étions en dehors de saison, le bar n'était pas ouvert et dans certaines chambres il n'y a pas de frigo.

Ho molto apprezzato la disponibilità e l'accoglienza del gestore, e la cura dimostrata sia nel servizio agli ospiti che nella tenuta degli ambienti, interni ed esterni..

מושלם. לא להסס ולהזמין!! נוף מקסים של גבעות טוסקנה, חדרים מתוקים, חמימים ונקיים, וארוחת בוקר מצוינת. עשרים דקות נסיעה לפירנצה. סימונה, בעל הבית, פשוט נפלא (ולא, אני לא מקבלת אחוזים על זה:)

הכביש שמוביל לבית קצת רעוע ולא סלול היטב, אז דרושה נסיעה קצת איטית וזהירה. אבל זה מתגמד לעומת הדברים החיוביים

Strada sterrata per arrivare un pò dissestata (a causa delle recenti pioggie torrenziali)

le chemin d'acces est difficile la pluie a beaucoup raviné les cailloux peuvent entrainer des crevaisons
