B&B Casa Baseggio

Molto disponibili Marco Baseggio e Alessandra e mi è sembrato di stare a casa di amici. Molto disponibili sia nelle mie richieste come ad esempio aver chiesto se avevano la cioccolata per colazione e con molta gentilezza anche non avendola l'hanno fatta sciogliendo la cioccolata fondente. La location è molto bella, fuori da Caos turistico a 25 minuti a piedi da Piazza S. Marco, 20 Minuti dalla Stazione del treno S. Lucia e 15 minuti dal vaporetto per Murano.

ottima accoglienza: i proprietari sono persone molto disponibili. Prima e durante il soggiorno hanno risposto esaurientemente con estrema gentilezza e competenza alle richieste. La camera è accogliente e pulita e la colazione (nonostante la richiesta fuori orario) ottima e abbondante.

Gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari, collocazione vicino al centro ma non oppreessa dai turisti, spaziosità dell'appartamento...

The welcome from Marco was great, very friendly and helpful. Best of all is the location, very quiet and yet easy to walk in all directions and also near to vaporetti stops. Nice breakfast too. Would definitely go again.

Directions on how to get to the accommodation from arrival at the train station right to the door were very comprehensive and easy to follow. We were warmly welcomed and the room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. We were provided with a map of Venice with heads-up on local information and best places to eat. I do not have one criticism regarding Casa Baseggio or its owners. Fantastic Stay.

Marco was very helpful and interesting. He comes from a long line of Venetians, so knows the city well! Casa Baseggio was very close to the water taxi stop that takes you straight to the airport. There is nothing to complain about here, it is clean and comfortable, but because it's Venice it was more expensive than anywhere else we stayed in Europe. (We were expecting that anyhow)

Great!! Marco was extremely helpful and spent a good 10-15mins to go through each and every details of the room with us. It was big, clean, airy and absolutely well equipped. A whole stretch of restaurants were 5mins away and St Mark's Square was 15mins leisure walk away. Breakfast was either at the open terrace or you can choose to have it in the room.

Location - it's about a 10-15mins walk from the vaporetto (water bus) station and you have to cross at least 4 bridges. Doesnt work well with big suitcases but if you're backpacking, go for this location. Totally worth it.

Clean, friendly,quiet good places to eat nearby, small

Great location away from the crowds of San Marco. Our deluxe room was like a one bedroom appartment with living area, kitchen and bathroom with spa. A nice breakfast on the garden patio surrounding by an old garden in the quarter. Marco the owner of B&B was very friendly and helpful in recommending local restaurants which proved to be excellent. So if you are looking for B&B away from the tourist crowd this is the place for you with only short walk to where the action is in Venice.

Casa Bessegio was the best place we stayed in Italy. We loved it and wished we'd booked for longer. The room was fantastic - fresh, modern, clean, lots of space and light, big bathroom that was really well appointed. We liked the separate little dressing room and also little fridge area. Made it feel more like an apartment. It was soooo quiet here too. Originally we were a bit hestitant that it might be too far away from San Marco but we were so glad we booked here and not closer. It is quiter and not so touristy/crowded and still close to all areas and relevant transport (this is important in Venice!!) It is in a nice local area where lots of locals live and has a nice arty kind of feel to the area. We had our best meal of Italy in this area - resturant with Timon in the name. Ask Marco or Allesandra. It was just fabulous. Marco and Allesandra couldn't have been nicer. They live on site and are very welcoming and give a great breakfast. It is kind of like they invite you into their home - but you still have your own privacy and access etc. Perfecto!! Definately recommend - you can't go wrong.

Can't say there was anything we didn't like! Just that we didn't book long enough!!

The Baseggio family are gracious and thoughtful hosts. Our room was sparkling clean, the bed was very comfortable and all the thoughtful touches were provided. Their location is very good for touring Venice with easy walking to all popular sites & vaporettos but is also tucked away in a quiet area that allows you to enjoy serenity, locals shops & dining and Casa Baseggio's beautiful breakfast terrace and garden. My daughter and I felt safe, cared for and very comfortable at all times. We stayed 4 nights with Marco and his family in their historic home.

Tout est parfait : l’accueil en francais, le petit dejeuner sur la terrasse, le calme, légèrement à l'écart de la foule.

Accueil charmant, Marco parle très bien le français. Chambre très spacieuse, très propre. Très bien placé, très joli, bref rien à redire. Très calme aussi.

Le calme, la situation géographique et le petit déjeuner

Se trata de un apartamento, reconvertido a B&B, por lo que es como si te alojaras en casa de unos "amigos", tienes la habitación bastante grande y con un baño completo, pero fuera de aquí no hay nada más.

Precio excesivo por lo que se ofrecía, ya que el único servicio era el de desayuno en la habitación, no hay nada más que hacer en el B&B.

Accueil chaleureux de Marco et Alessandra, petit B&B familial, chambres claires et spacieuses, sanitaires impeccables et bien équipés, très bonne situation dans un quartier tranquille.

Super de luxe appartement. Mooi gelegen in de oude wijk, erg stil, geen of weinig toeristen Met tips van de eigenaar kan je zeer goed en voordelig eten in de buurt Een aanrader in Venetië, ik ga zeker terug, dit is een goede en betaalbare plek om in Venetië te logeren. Dagjesmensen weg is Venetië voor jezelf en de locals Topadres

Ontbijt kan ietsje uitgebreider: ik miste vers fruit/bruin brood/kaas ham of een eitje Het logeeradres is niet zo gemakkelijk te vinden, je neemt best het plannetje mee en als je er bijna bent, bel dan de eigenaar, die praat je binnen

óTimo b&b! Quarto espaçoso, banheiro reformado, café-da-manhã é gostoso e servido no terraço da casa. Os donos são muito simpáticos e prestativos. A localização é muito boa, fora do burburinho de san marco, e mesmo assim com muitos bares e restaurantes por perto, frequentados pelos locais. Recomendo!

Très calme. Accueil très sympathique. Spacieux et bien équipé.
