Strategically placed between Piazza del Erbe and Piazza Bra, in the heart of Citta Antica, on a crowded and charming street. Rooms are very nice, with high quality finishing and decorations, bathroom is impeccably clean. Complimentary minibar was very nice and is a rare thing (grapes, candies, water and juices) which are always welcome after a good walk in the city. Breakfast is served at a cafeteria a few meters away and includes a hot drink and a sweet croissant or a sandwich toast if you prefer something salted for breakfast. Lorenzo and Giulia are both very nice, helpful and friendly. Mrs Lucia, the owner, is a really lovely, warm and aristocratic lady. I totally recommend it and if I would return to Verona, this is definitely the place to stay.
The check-in times are very specific. We called ahead because our arrival time was going to be after the check-in time closed. They were so generous to wait for us and still went over everything upon our arrival. They provided a list of restaurants and suggested things to do and places to go and see. The city was beautiful and this hotel is in a great location! I would totally recommend them to anyone traveling to Verona!!
Very charming bed and breakfast with a great location. The staff, particularly Gulia, was extremely helpful with getting us on the right train and helping us ship some bags at reasonable cost to our next destination. Lucia was also very sweet and helpful but spoke limited English.
The beds were not the most comfortable, of course that's a general compliant we've had in Italy and shouldn't reflect on this place.
Great location, really helpful staff, clean and spacious room.
One night it was a little noisy late at night from the street bars. Other nights were just fine.
great location. very friendly staff. very clean and comfortable.
Lucia and Lorenzo were there to welcome us at the time that suited us. Fresh coffees were produced by Lucia while Lorenzo gave us lots of useful info. Fresh fruit in our room and minibar contents free. Comfy beds. Quiet but dead central location. Had a ball and hope to go back. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thank you.
Spacious twin-room and bathroom, everything was functioning perfectly. The owner has thought every single detail on that room, furnishing was gorgeous! Complimentary drinks, grapes and chocolates were such a wonderful pampering after sweaty travel day. As B&B, this place was pure luxury.
The location in the centre of Verona is superb. Really in the centre of everything. The reception by Lorenzo (speaks English) and his adorable mother (speaks only Italian and we don't, but she was able to make everything clear to us) was very warm. The rooms are very well equipped, very spacious (including the large bathroom) and there was a lot of sweets, fruit, coffee/tea.
The breakfast (in the restaurant next to the B&B) was limited (coffe/tea and two croissants each).
It is a small charming hotel where attention has been paid to the details. The staff were very helpful in providing information on where we could park. On arrival (a warm summer afternoon), we were offered cold water and coffee. A nice touch. We were there to go to the opera and the hotel is perfectly located. We booked the Rossini room which was lovely and spacious with a great bathroom.
It is not complaint, but may help someone else. One cannot park in the city ring. The parking was about a 20 minute walk away (we are 50+), but easy to find the hotel and a pleasant walk.
We were greeted by the owners sone. He told us all about the hotel and surrounding area. The room was perfectly kept, very modern and new. It is above retail space in the shopping district, so quiet at night, but in the center of exactly what you want to do. I would highly recommend it.
Nothing. It was perfect.
We stayed at Relais La Torre as we were going to the Opera in the Arena. Pefectly located, 5-8 minutes walking distance. on top of that the staff (who are the owners) are really nice. I will recommend this hotel!

Excellent location between Piazza Bra and Piazza Erbe. Complimentary soft drinks, water, chocolates, and fresh fruit. Large, clean bathroom. Gracious and friendly staff.
Bed was harder than we like. We had trouble staying connected to the internet using wifi in our room.
Nice atmosphere, Giulia is very friendly when you arrive and the rooms are very quiet every though the hotel is located in the center of Verona. It is only a 5 minute walk to the opera and it right in the heart of the shopping area, not only for the big brands, but also for small boutiques.
Breakfast was two sweet coissants and a cup of coffee, I would have liked something less sweet. Also check-out is early (10.30am) and we arrived 15 minutes late because we got held up in a shop too long. The woman in the hotel (not Giulia) was a bit angry with us, and I understand I should come in time, but we are talking about 15 minutes (in Italy) on holidays... I therefore left the hotel thinking I would not go back.
Very nice, clean, spacious apartment. Both ladies at reception were very kind, helpful and nice.
The room and bath room was great with good aircon. The mini fridge was filled with complementary goodies, fruit, juice , water and wine. Our room did not have a great view, but we did not spend so much time in the room, as the city has so much to offer. We took the complementary bottle of wine to Castel San Pietro one evening and had a lovely time looking at the city at night.
The breakfast is served at a cafe next door (only one coffee and two croissants). The items in the mini fridge made up for this.
Excellent location, service, staff (advicing us where to go for dinner), room facilities, room size, free bar, large and clean bathroom. Perfect place for a weekend in Verona
A gorgeous example of a mini (4 bedroom) boutique hotel in a superb location within historical Verona. Super stylish, original & artistic room designs with excellent bathrooms; maintained to immaculate standards. Charismatic, friendly & professional staff dedicated to ensuring your stay is a delight. Complimentary soft drinks, chocolates and art books to view all add to the ambiance.
Quality of furnishings and fittings. Helpful staff and welcome when booking in.
We were treated like family
Mrs Lucia was very friendly. Although she doesn't speak english, it was not a problem at all. Her son checked us in and gave us tips about what to see and where to eat in the city. It is an amazing location very near the best sites. The complimentary snacks and drinks where very nice.
The bed was slightly harder than what we were used to, and there is a bit of noise from the street.
Everything about the B&B was perfect. In the heart of the old city, the B&B is ideally situated just off the main shopping street and only a few minutes walk from the arena, Piazza Erbe, Romeo and Juliet's houses. The B&B rooms cannot be faulted. They are furnished to the highest standard and with great style. They are well equipped down to the tiniest detail! Breakfast was outstanding and nothing was too much for the adorable Signora Lucia. A truly amazing stay. We will return!
Great location in the centre of the old town. Very good breakfast and friendly staff. Recommendations for sights, restaurants etc.
Receptionist spoke only Italian.
