The breakfast was amazing and lots of little treats in your rooms. The guy met me before check in time so I didn't have to carry my bag around the city for longer that I had to which I really appreciated, he came into work early especially. Really good Wifi reception. Decor, facilities and the location is ideal (less than 10 mins to the arena).

The facilities were what you would expect for a cheap place to stay. Clean and safe In the description it says that wifi is everywhere, which is not true. My room was across the street from any wifi connection. I'm a student from the states, and was staying alone this one night, so wifi is a big part of my communication with my family when traveling. Also, in the morning, I was sitting in the kitchen (not even eating, just using the wifi). And the woman, who I'm guessing owns the B&B, came into the kitchen and started yelling at me in Italian! That was startling

It was very very clean, and the rooms were so comfortable and new. We had a balcony terrace in our room and we had breakfast outside every morning. The place only has 3 rooms, but there are 3 washrooms. The kitchen is stocked with a lot of kitchen supplies. And look out for the breakfast- there is so much to choose from!!! So good!!! The location is amazing!! Just a 10 min walk from the train station and is in the center of Verona - next to everything!!!! When we arrived we called the guy and he came right away to let us in. He gave us a map and explain the B&B rules to us. He didn't speak much Italian or English, but he was nice and he will try. It's also a great way to meet other travellers in a nice setting. This place was great!! would definitely return! It is exactly what it described it was- even better actually.

Great location in the centre of Verona, just 5 minutes from the Roman arena, and 10-15min walk from train station. We stayed in a room in a building opposite the main building. The room was well presented and comfortable. Basic refreshments for breakfast both in the kitchen in main building and in the corridor in the annexe which was convenient. Minor but the shower head was stupidly low down!

Quite autonomous, there is no staff during your staying or check-out. When, you arrived, you have to call them and someone will give you a key of your room. The ad of the room doesn't match with the real one. The room given was good, but they should change the description on booking to avoid inconvenients

It was a really inexpensive place, convent location and was very hospitable, catered to any of our needs. The window was broken, the bathrooms were not connected to the rooms they were community bathrooms.

Very spacious room, and perfectly clean. Breakfast was just outside our room, so we could basically have breakfast in bed. Staff who received us outside was nice. Our private shower was small and the head of the shower was on a very low level which means you have to hold it in your hand. Maybe a suggestion to mention that someone is receiving you outside the B&B in order to avoid confusion.

Everything was great. Will probably stay again in this place if visit again Verona. Pay attention to the check-in hours, it is not 24/7, so you will have to pay 10Eur for late check in.

The decor was very well kept and the location was brilliant. the walls were very thin so noise could be a problem with couples and families sharing.

Flat television screen with a lot of international channels. Big and comfortable bed as well as excellent location close to the city center. We didn't have internet connection and the service personnel was not able to solve the problem. He did not show a lot of effort to tell his boss about the problem.

Room was very clean and there were available tea and snack in the room for free. Towel and soap/shampoo were provided despite the sharing bathrooms, and most of the time, bathroom was available for my use. Internet connection was fast. Friendly and perfect English speaking receptionist. Location is very near to city center (the Arena and its surrounding), and not too far from train station and easily accessible by bus (just 2 or 3 bus stop away) - avoiding the need of expensive taxi. From train station, there's direct bus to the airport. Room wall somewhat felt thin - could hear the next room person talking (or the person was really talking too loud), and doors were noisy too. No proper reception counter - it could create nervous feeling as a guy from opposite building was the one receiving the guests, but afterall, it was OK. The same guy entered my room too soon hence disturbing my privacy although he knocked the door and he might have not heard me saying "wait". Kitchen area is too small for people to share. But since the distance from kitchen to room is only few footsteps, food can be brought into the room.

The location was great. The room was very clean. The breakfast was not good very cheap and poor selection, coffee was cold. Staff were not around too much, we had to use the same towels for three days. Plugs were a problem, the plugs on things like the hair dryer and kettle didn't match ones in the rooms.

It's seriously a small place like a hostel, it's located in a flat and parking can be a problem, however you really feel like home there, the room was clean and you do not see nearly any staff at all, it really felt like home

The staff was very friendly and waited for me, althogh I arrived even later, then it's stated, it's allowed to. The room was really nice and I had my personal big bathroom. I could have some bread, milk, tea, coffee, juice any time, as the lunch was in the corridor. Actually, the hotel was in the citycenter, just 5 minutes walk from the main sights. I really advice this hotel.

The location. Very central and in a fairly quiet street. It was clean and neat, large kitchen. There was just an absence of staff available to answer questions and on check in you have to wait in the street until someone rushes from another venue - it was a bit confusing as he could not speak English well and we were not sure if we had come to the right place. . The doors of the bathrooms are a bit difficult to open so it makes a noise every time someone comes in and out of the bathroom.
