Staff was exceptional. One lady Teladoro , planed a party for us. She bought the food set everything up and stayed to clean up, on her day off.Would highly recommend hotel

Had steps to get to bedroom.

The design is lovely. Clean. Location is central but noisy. Rooftop happy hour served nice wine.

People talking loudly in the bar across the street until 3am.

The location, the comfort, the conviviality,the extreme kindness of the whole staff, with a special mention for Teodora, the concierge who was most helpful each time we needed an info or a reservation.

Staff very friendly and helpful. I received a complimentary bottle of champagne as it was my birthday on our day of arrival. They picked this up from my passport. Impressed!

On my quote it spoke of a beautiful marble BATH but there was no bath and I dislike showers.

Amazing hotel for luxury seekers, perfect location -right in a center of Rome. The hotel is very clean and has it's unique design.

I liked very much the rooms, they are beautiful and very comfortable, breakfast was great and all the personel is so kind and friendly! I will return!!

The location is excelent. It is walking distance from the Spanish Stairs and from Piazza del Popollo where we can take the Metro. The service is very nice too. The hotel is a boutique hotel, not big, the rooms can accomodate an extra bed and the roof top breakfast quite good too. The rooms are very quiet and you can rest. We were a group of 2 families 4 adults and yound ladies with 14 and 16 years old and we had a great time during the New Year holidays in Rome at the Babuino 181.

Everything! To start with, the position is brilliant! The staff were friendly and very helpful - always pleasant and with a smile on their face. The room was great: clean, fresh, and lovely and spacious. Will go straight to this hotel the next time I am lucky enough to be heading to Rome, and would not hesitate to recommend it.

The design and decoration was good. There were complementary drinks in the evening on the terrace.

I had to ask about facilities otherwise I would not have known about what was available eg the drinks or even the layout of the hotel. Though the price was high breakfast was not included. The room was next to an alley that had a resturant on it that did outside dining so this was loud.

There was a restaurant just below and we heard talking until 2a.m. each night.

The room was fantastic. Very comfortable and the bathroom was large. It was big enough for 2 adults and 2 children. The location was terrific - 3 min walk to the Spanish Steps with great restaurants downstairs.
