Perfect location, great to be able to relax in a lovely room, before heading off for a evening meal close by.
Although no view, it did mean that there was no noise or disturbance from the streets surrounding us. The time spent in the room was when it was going dark anyway so didn't bother us too much.
Size of the room Handy booklet with advice on all sorts of things in the vicinity of the hotel The location
Style & design of suite, comfort, cleanliness. Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast on roof terrace.good wifi , air conditioning superb location near restaurants, helpful suggestion & bookings. Lift was excellent. Help with luggage & getting good taxi for airport. Everything in fact. Graham, Auckland.
Lovely breakfast terrace in the heart of Rome. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast service. Very nice and spacious bathroom.
Big upholstered chair was stained
Location. Spacious & quite room. Good breakfast.
The shower was too small and did not drain as it should.
Quality of furniture Ambience of breakfast room
Breakfast below 5 star standard. Room on too many levels
As a frequent traveler I barley go across such care, quality and value for money. Situated at the very center and hart of Rome, close walk to all major attractions and shopping. The staff is very caring, helpful and provide good explanatory info with patience about the areas of interest! This helped us to organize our daily tour easily. The hotel gives you in addition to a map, a notebook written by the owner with his insights. I can say that we as I took some of these advices and changed our plane accordantly, this was a great bonus. To explain how helpful and carrying, while notifying the hotel we are traveling with a toddler (for our first time- lots a pressure) they have helped by taking out extra furniture out of the room so we had plenty of space for the large crib, our stroller and extra space to play. Storage isn't a problem as the walk in closet is large and that's in addition to the desk and extra large bathroom which has both bath and shower. It's well known fact that the Hotel rooms are not cheap and actually it looks like that comfort and cozyness are not so important. However the room is excellent. Clean; we are elegiac to dust and have noticed that the rooms were so clean that even those hard spots that gathers dust like under the bed, were spotless. Quite; the windows have 5 layers! To make site it's pitch dark and silent. Well furnished; loos like the hotel was freshly build as all furniture are in mint condition. Our room was equipped with a Nespresso machine. Look no more, start planing your trip as it will be a waste of time to look elsewhere. We will definitely come back again.
I liked the charm and personal touch of an excellent boutique hotel in a top Rome location.
The room was quite large and the bathroom was too. The shower was to die for. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! WiFi worked perfectly and the location couldn't have been better. The people who worked the front desk were so kind and gave great recommendations for dining. I will definitely stay there when I return to Rome.
AC was strong, rooms were nice, modern, clean. Staff were very helpful
convenient but not the best location, 10min walk from Metro
Fantastic location, modern stylish decoration. Very clean.
Great hotel (location, accomodation, services) and outstanding staff (Assem, Vincenzo) doing all possible to assist (transport, restaurants, etc) !
I book on the main building But they but me on the other side
Didn't love hotel recommendations fort restaurants
We were in Rome the week before in a five star hotel and it honestly does not match Babuino .
We liked the size of the rooms, cleanliness and access to the city center. The staff too was very accommodating.
We liked everything including fab location
Amazing spacious rooms well appointed with luxury linens, very comfortable all in all. Kind and accommodating staff. Good breakfast with delicious pastries.
Extremely noisy rooms, impossible to get a good nights sleep. They need to do something to isolate the noise from the rest/bar in the street. Would have been a perfect stay except for the noise at night.
Great value, clean, well positioned, good room amenities, lovely roof top breakfast area.
Room dark without all lights on and only one side window. Small room.
staff service rooms (very modern) location (right by the spanish steps) good value for money
I have stayed at this hotel since it opened? It is always my first choice when traveling in Rome. The staff is beyond friendly, over the years they have truly become friends. Thank you for another wonderful stay.
Wow what an amazing place to stay right in the heart of Rome. We walked to all the famous sights from this hotel - cannot fault location at all. Amazing! Rooms are modern, very clean & spacious for a city centre hotel. Rooftop bar is quiet but a nice way to spend an hour relaxing & drinking your complimentary welcome prosecco. Can't fault the hotel. If you prefer a big chain hotel, lively bar, big reception area then this isn't for you but if you prefer peaceful/laid back hotel living in a more boutique style then please choose this hotel.
Assem, the manager was fantastic and flexible, and very accomadating. The rooftop complimentary cocktail is a beautiful venue and added touch.
the blue light in the bath room at night
