Hotel employees went above and beyond to accomadate our personal needs and wishes. The hotel area was beautiful and created a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The increadable food and the amazing winelist suits a vacationer's budget. This hotel has everything one could need for a couple of days in heaven.... |

Wonderful location, great views, very comfortable room with lots of character, friendly staff and fantastic meal in restaurant (best of the holiday). Wish we could have stayed longer than one night. Difficult to find; we should have brought a better map with us! |

We disliked the location. Our idea was to stay there and get to know arezzo, but getting to the hotel and going to arezzo were incompatible. If a person wants to go to arezzo, he/she shouldnt go to this hotel, because it is very far way and there are few indications on how to get there. It migth be a good place fora a person who just wants to stay in the countryside for a few days. |

Superb view. Dedicated staff and service quality. On our room a skylight control gadget was very difficult to operate. Directions to reach the Hotel could be troublesome. Far from other places of interest. |

The bar and restaurant, and their staff, were excellent, and the quality and choice of meals were exceptionally good. It was great waking up and throwing open the shutters to the view across the valley. The distance into Arezzo requires a car. The shuttle for pickup and dropoff at the railway station is efficient, but a vehicle is necessary for other travel from the hotel. Taxis are available. |

The care and welcome given to guests in the hotel at all times. The food was good and the wine excellent and the view from the top of the hill breathtaking in more ways than one. |

The Badia di Pomaio was one of the most beautifully situated and best run hotels which we have ever visited. It does, of course, have the 'disadvantage' of being some 5km out of town, so that it certainly helps to have a car when visiting it, but the owner, Gianni, could not have been more helpful in rectifying this by offering a pick-up service to and from the station & town. Superb location overlooking Arezzo town. Very friendly and welcoming. Attractive terrace and swimming pool, cleaned daily. Meals of very high standard served in dining room. |

Rommet, beliggenhet, stillhet og ro, god mat, men som nok kunne vært litt mer variert mht retter. Hyggelig betjening. Litt mer varierte retter på middagsmenyen for mennesker som ikke kan spise all slags kjøtt/mat. |

Wenn man es findet (Localita Pomaio): Die Lage macht Vieles wett. Die Innenausstattung des Hauses ist stilvoll. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Publikum eher gesetzter und international. PC steht zur Verfügung. Klimatisiert. Mein EZ war eher klein u. bauartbedingt nur mit 1 Fenster (ca 50x75) ausgestattet. Lag über dem Lieferanteneingang, nachts mit Geräusch. Eher dunkel. Bei trübem Wetter ists im Zimmer trübsinnig, zumal nur 1 deut. TV-Sender eingespeist ist. Die Schwachstelle ist für mich das Restaurant. Teure Standardspeisekarte ( 3G ab 35€)- und trotz aller Tischästhetik: So schmeckt es auch! Kaum Frisches. |

Das Hotel liegt traumhaft, das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich, das Zimmer war großzügig und geschmackvoll. Vom Restaurant im Garten hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf Arezzo. |
