Unbeatable location!! Great shopping. Very good food.good bed, very good towels and toilleteries. Venezia is very humid. Therefore, bathroom get mildo very easy. But my bathroom smelled divine!! |

i liked the upgrade they gave me, however the location is amazing and close to St. Marks Sq. The concairge played a game on me with one of Murano island glass factory, they are like Mafia, they sent me for free and sold me items with triple the price in the normal shops, so i recomend never go to the murano island by the hotel because they take commission, even if the rides are for free, then they hand you over to other shops related to their group, i recomend you check at least 10 stores... |

Luna Hotel Baglioni is the best choice one can make to visit Venice !!! It's excellent from any point of view : location, staff, cleanliness, service...everything is perfect! We had a great experience on our stay during the Venice Carneval and they definitely make you go back. Our room was a junior suite with lagoon view...and...huh...I definitely recommend it to anyone...it's a nice experience... |

Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile e la posizione dell'hotel è strategica sia per scoprire la città che per fare shopping. Bello il salone dove servono la colazione. |

beauté des lieux,confort général,disponibilité du personnel.Cet hôtel dispose du meilleur emplacement pour évoluer et découvrir Venise,et prendre le petit déjeuner dans le salon Marco Polo est une expérience rare:la salle symbolise tout ce que l'on peut ressentir à Venise:exception,art,qualité, grandeur et romantisme. réglage de la climatisation difficile;caissier du jour distant et peu souriant...contrastant avec le sens relationnel de l'équipe. |

Lusso di buon livello, personale premuroso e attento, posto strategico (praticamente dentro piazza San Marco.... consigliato. Rapporto qualità prezzo ovviamente limitato... una colazione di 40 € mi sembra eccessivo per un hotel in territorio italiano... anche per un 5 stelle lusso come questo.... lusso non significa caro! Cmq a 30 mt si può fare colazione a prezzi bassi... |
