It is just a few step from San Marco. In the heart of shopping street. Staffs are very nice and made us feel comfortable. We are very appreciate with their complimentary in our room!

Staff very helpful and welcoming, especially Laura and Umberto. Very clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Excellent position.

Disappointed with the room, not as pleasant as the ones shown on the web site (and had booked a Junior Suite)Never did find the iphone dock. For a 5 star hotel, the bathroom was slightly shabby, very tarnished and 'wonky' brass bathroom fittings.BEWARE The complimentary water trip, took us straight to the Murano 'factory' and we were then subjected to a very hard and pressured sell for glassware that could be bought in the shops for a third of the price. Not sure if the hotel get a cut, but not what you should expect from a 5*.

The hotel provides excellent service and a very elegant atmosphere, e.g. Venetian chandeliers in the bedrooms. And the location is great, not least of all for being easy to find (not always the case for hotels in Venice). It would be a great choice for a romantic getaway for a couple willing to pay the tab.

We stayed one night since we were arriving late, and as noted the Baglioni is easy to find, for Venice. My own preference is for the Venetian hotels converted from residences, less convenient in some ways (often hard to find on arrival) but much more interesting and a better deal.

It was very luxurious & grand, Staff were very professional, & friendly, Loved the champagne and strawberries on arrival.

The Internet kept dropping out every hour or so & I had to keep going down to reception to get another code.

Little bit old furniture and the restaurant of the hotel is very expensive and the food was not good at all.

I liked the location of the hotel very much as it is located near the main attractions and the luxury shopping area. The atmosphere of the lobby was nice. Very welcoming staff.

The room furnature seemed old. The breakfast was very limited with a small buffet selection. No iron and iron board could be provided to us due to safety reasons and for me this is the first time ever.

The hotel is amazing. The location is perfect, the closest 5 star hotel to st mark. The staff and concierge are very helpful. Extremely clean. Rich Breakfast. During the carnival, there is one of the best Costume Atelier located in the hotel, so it’s very convenient for the guests who wish to buy or rent costumes, capes and masks. During our stay in Venice, we visited some of the remaining 5 stars hotels and we are definitely sure that we made an excellent choice by booking at Luna Baglioni.

Great Location, Impressive Design, Diligent Staff

Absolutely failed in comfort and ergonomics. Bed, totally unsuitable for sleep because of 2 separated mattresses. Poor electric managing - as an example, it is hard to turn on the lights at morning and do not knock off the lamp, also You should try hard to find a socket to charge Your technics - You can't work with Your notebook in a bed, because You can't plug it in, neither on the table - because it does not have any chair - and wi-fi is not fo free, which is inadmissible for 5* hotel. Bathroom is not very comfortable in use too - disposition of the elements is not perfect. And I was surprised, when I could not find a shower gel in the bathroom kit. Hotel is not a museum, it's place for rest - and in that hotel good rest is a problem

Pleasant staff at the reception- very helpful

while I was enquiring at the concierge desk, one of their staff ( the only front office staff with a toothbrush mustache) kept on repeatedly interrupting me. Poor indl manners, I guess.

Loved your Hotel, wonderful service and friendly staff. I left quite a bit of cash and my passport in the room safe. Several hours after we checked out I remembered and in a panic I returned to the hotel. The housekeeper had already found and returned them both to the front desk. What more can you ask for in your staff.

The comfort and the central location

STAFF--Fantastico, frIendly, and the attention to detail has to be admired in what is spendid luxury surounds.It was clear to see that the hotel team is well orhanised and displayed impecable ,exceptional standard at all times of our short break. LOCATION- The hotels central location is perfect in a very beautiful part of Venice and for transport links and high qualtity shopping. FOOD & WINE- Superb quality and the service was impecable.
