Assolutamente niente Tutto. Staff scortese e ignorante , camere bollenti nonostante la finestra aperta,colazione veramente scarsa non ho avuto il coraggio di andare a cena per non avere altre sorprese.. Sconsiglio questo hotel

Das Preis-Leistungaverhältnis war gut.Mitarbeiter am Pool und für die Zimmer waren überaus freundlich,aber die Dame an der Rezeption war nicht Herrin der Lage.Unsere Buchung war zwar kurzfristig,aber sie hatte keine direkte Zimmerzuordnung für uns , der Presi war ihr unbekannt und am Abfahrtstag staute es sich gewaltig,weil sie sich auch von allem anderen ablenken liess,ohne eine Sache zu Ende zu bringen.Sie fraget auch alle Kunden nach ihren Preisen für ihr Zimmer !!

Arredi datati ma di fascino. Staff veramente cordiale e disponibile. Piacevolissime le piscine e la grotta termale. Buffet di colazione abbondante e variato. Zanzare a fine aprile...ma era molto caldo...

Di sicuro le piscine termali molto belle e rilassanti bel panorama e simpatico il cameriere del servizio bar. Siamo rimasti delusi dalla colazione stile germanico ci mancavano solo I würstel, si sperava di mangiare un cornetto e magari bere un ottimo espresso del bar e non quello della macchinetta del lavoro. Le camere ricordavano molto lo stile dei poveri nonni defunti .

Prezzo accettabile Staff carente,camera della prima notte pessima al piano rialzato,secondo me era del personale di servizio riciclata per I clienti...ce l hanno cambiata quando ho minacciato di lasciare l hotel se nn l avessero fatto..prima colazione mm scarsa
