Spacious and well equipped apartment. Friendly staff.
Comfortable rooms, beautiful bay, three good beaches, friendly staff of hotel.
Loved the patio they had at the back. Also, my husband loved making his own expressos and cappuccinos.
Some of the staff were great, others not so much. One guy texted as we were trying to ask him questions. Another was quite rude and made us wait till she was ready to help us.
Excellent hospitality experience, great location, close to the beach, free shuttle service to the beach and nearby town, clean, spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen, an outdoor/indoor place to enjoy your own meal, coffee and tea available at the reception, a hot drink and a croissant for breakfast without extra charge even though there was no meal option with our room, very friendly and helpful reception and housekeeping staff.
Could not fault it if I tried!
The front desk staff were wonderful and always nice
The bedding could be a little more comfortable
The Baia Blu gave us a taste of what it's like to vacation on the Coast during the summer holidays with lots of Italian families. It's a great location in the sense that you get a beautiful view when you wake up and the peace an quiet at night is amazing. Added bonus is the walk down to this beautiful beach.
Friendly (young) staff Clean and tidy accommodation
Short bed Thin walls/noisy rooms
Pretty location, outdoor space very relaxing
Poor communication, generally unhelpful, pool club did not recognize benefits of property members
Close to the really nice beach. We had air conditioning in both rooms. Really good underground parking.
To go to the city by foot takes a long time. Not many restaurants around.
Really nice room and location
A bit too far from Lerici town center, but no big deal
The location and the simplicity of the rooms. Close to the beach and excellent shuttle service provided by the hotel for the city. Free coffee tea and water throughout the day. Parking space for the cars inside and outside.
Rooms are very clean. Nice to have separate bedroom from living area.
Poor location. The nearby beach is not very nice. No bar or restaurant at hotel. Shuttle service is scheduled, not "on demand."
The property was close to the Baia Blue beach but not much else.
Modern Small public beach area Parking under complex Air con Shuttle bus
Far from town not easy parking in town and taxi euro 15! Can use shuttle bus but not too regular Very noisy units very close together we ended up in middle of wedding party upstairs walking in heels at 2 pm
The stuff was friendly, the location is good, the accommodation conditions was ok, it’s close to the beach and also from La Spezia!
Getting to the location could be not that easy first time.
A wonderful experience - extremely friendly and helpful staff (especially Stefano); great location; clean and spacious apartment; well-equipped. Was sad to leave!
Nothing we didn't like.
Everything was perfect. Nice and helpful staff, well-equipped clean apartman Good surprise to have a free shuttle to Lerici port.
According to other opinions it is hard to find. I don't think so since we saw guiding boards from motorway exit. Only last few meters in the street should be better indicated :-)
The accommodation was very nice with a fantastic view, close to the beach. Internet was very good and the staff friendly and helpful including a free shuttle bus, allowing our car to remain parked.
Deborah was wonderful and very helpful with our questions in English. Grounds were beautifully kept.
Far from beach & cost to use hotel beach (of which we were guests) was outrageously high.
POSITION STAFF OUTSIDE AREA
Thin walls could hear everything
The resort has very nice views of the ocean (although not right on the ocean). The units were very clean. We stayed at Baia Blu because it was only 10 min to drive to the La Spezia train station to tour Cinque Terre. So we did not have time to enjoy the local beach or other things the resort has to offer. The staff was very friendly.
This is not a negative on the staff in any way, but just be prepared that their English is not as strong as others we encountered in Italy. Also, the resort can be challenging to find. Our GPS took us to a marina down below from where the resort is located. We did finally locate it when we back tracked and saw signs for the resort.
We loved everything -- the room, the coffee, the staff, the location! Debora and Vincenzo were helpful and cheerful. We would highly recommend this resort and plan to be back when we return to Italy. Much better location than in the heart of Cinque Terre -- less touristy and not crowded.
Nothing that we didn't like.
Very nice resort: big rooms, well equipped, good facilities, modern, clean.
Hard to find it, even though we used GPS.
Great staff, good value for money. Well equipped apartment. No shuttle bus before 14/June but kind staff dropped us privately.
A bit outside the town 3km from lerici. And Cab ride from la spezia station costs 23-25 euros.
Very nice rooms, modern, very clean. Like at home. We had our private small garden. You can use full equipped kitchen, make tea or coffe, or cook something. There was also a fridge in our room. Very goog location. The hotel has a very beautiful private beach. A good beach to swim is quite difficult to find in this regions, generally there are big stones everywhere. The center of Lerici is not far, 20 minutes to walk, nice small city with a lot of restaurants.
