This hotel is not worth its four stars. It needs a throrough renovation, since the rooms are very out dated. The location is very good, being very close to the old part of Sirmione

Incredibly comfortable hotel!! All the staffs are kind, polite, and friendly. Location is perfect, very close from the bus station, the port of ships from Desenzano etc., and of course the city center! Room is clean and large enough, and it has nice balcony from which you can enjoy a wonderful lake scene!! There is a small pool and relaxation space with a lot of table&chair and reclining bed on the roof. You can enjoy swimming, sunbathing, reading books, and etc. there very comfortably. Anyway perfect hotel for your relaxed vacation!!!

The hotel with garage is conveniently close to the castle and the old part of the town where there are many boat trips to all parts of the lake. The rooms are very clean and spacious with a balcony to relax outside. The staff are very kind and speak in seversl lsngusges.

Excellent service of the front desk staff. One friendly girl did everything from check in of customers to tending the bar and terras and everything with a smile. The hotel is not on the lake side altgough the pictures make believe it is. Actually it is between a busy road and a huge parking lot. Pictures looks much nicer than reality.

The location is perfect. Short walk to the castle and all the restaurants etc. Also the rooftop spa area is very nice. Staff were friendly. The walls are paper thin and the bar across the street is quite noisy friday and saturday nights. And of course an Italian 4 star hotel is 2.5- 3 stars in reality.

Edificio fatiscente, vista parcheggio nonostante camere vista lago vuote, interni da ristrutturare, camera poco pulita, copriletto con buchi e segno di penna, radio incassata nella testata del letto che emergeva rumori di interferenza elettrica (abbiamo dovuto dormire a testa in giù).

Non so come possa essere considerato un 4 stelle. Due forse sarebbe più appropriato. Penso non sia corretto far passare un 4 stelle, chiedere 400 euro per due notti e trovarsi un hotel di categoria molto più bassa. Cosa bella, la posizione, vicina al castello.

A 300 m du centre, grande chambre très propre balcon vue sur le lac receptioniste très aimable ( parle pas le francais )mais l anglais et nous a donné pleins de conseils sur les environs a visiter ,avions réservé 2 jours sommes resté 1 jour de plus !!! regions magnifique

Lo gentilezza e cordialità dello staff e la posizione ottimale hanno reso piacevole il mio soggiorno. Buona la colazione con un buffet ben fornito. Molto comodo il garage sotterraneo dell'hotel.

Potremmo dire che se c'è qualcosa di cui non lamentarsi e il personale dell'albergo, gentile e molto disponibile..! Purtroppo ci sono alcuni aspetti molto negativi cui segnalare e penso che I più significativi siano per quanto riguarda la pulizia delle camere, siamo usciti verso le 09:00am per fare la colazione e visitare la città rientratti verso le 15:30 la camera era ancora come l'avevamo lasciata, nonostante aver pagato 50euro in più per il day use della camera, era rimasta uguale fino alla nostra partenza, la mancanza di ricezione sattelitare (solo alcuni canali in lingua tedesca una francese e due inglese e solo canali radio locali) e il mal funzionamento degl'impianti di riscaldamento (centraline delle diverse camere fuori uso), sembrava di aver passato la notte dentro un rifugio fatto sotto la neve.., Il personale era molto gentile e profesionale.
