Breakfast , air condition , elevator , quality of bath soap, shampo, hair drayer and no path Gil, no conditioner, no body or hand cream, no coffee or tea set in the room

The breakfast was standard and staff freindly but the rooms were very poor for the price. I would not recomend

Poor quality rooms

Room was spaceous. Location very good

A bit overpriced

The location is perfect. Short walk to the castle and all the restaurants etc. Also the rooftop spa area is very nice. Staff were friendly.

The walls are paper thin and the bar across the street is quite noisy friday and saturday nights. And of course an Italian 4 star hotel is 2.5- 3 stars in reality.

Excellent service of the front desk staff. One friendly girl did everything from check in of customers to tending the bar and terras and everything with a smile.

The hotel is not on the lake side altgough the pictures make believe it is. Actually it is between a busy road and a huge parking lot. Pictures looks much nicer than reality.

Non fatevi ingannare, l ' hotel e' decadente sia esternamente ma sopratutto internamente, dovrebbe essere classificato al Max 2 stelle. Il prezzo pagato e' un furto!

La posizione

Struttura e camere un pò vetuste

Dit is geen 4 sterren hotel . 2 à 3 sterren. Kamer en badkamer waren wel proper. Gang en lift waren vuil. Zwembad was klein met te weinig parasols en versleten ligstoelen.

Ottima posizione,non chiara l'ubicazione della holl,letti terribili su stanze recentemente arredate..........

Genieten in dit hotel is niet van toepassing. Je kunt hier beter praten over een noodzakelijk kwaad. Hoewel het personeel erg vriendelijk is bezoekt met hier een hotel met vergane glorie. Nodig toe aan een renovatie!

De ligging is goed T.O.V. Het centrum, maar heeft daarom tevens een groot nadeel met de ligging aan een groot parkeerterrein. Waardoor je al vroeg gewekt wordt door de passanten die het dorp komen bekijken. Bussen vol!

Potremmo dire che se c'è qualcosa di cui non lamentarsi e il personale dell'albergo, gentile e molto disponibile..!

Purtroppo ci sono alcuni aspetti molto negativi cui segnalare e penso che I più significativi siano per quanto riguarda la pulizia delle camere, siamo usciti verso le 09:00am per fare la colazione e visitare la città rientratti verso le 15:30 la camera era ancora come l'avevamo lasciata, nonostante aver pagato 50euro in più per il day use della camera, era rimasta uguale fino alla nostra partenza, la mancanza di ricezione sattelitare (solo alcuni canali in lingua tedesca una francese e due inglese e solo canali radio locali) e il mal funzionamento degl'impianti di riscaldamento (centraline delle diverse camere fuori uso), sembrava di aver passato la notte dentro un rifugio fatto sotto la neve.., Il personale era molto gentile e profesionale.

Große Mängel in den Zimmern, wir haben einmal das Zimmer wechseln können, für ein vor Sterne Haus absolut untragbar. Unhygienisch, schlecht gereinigt, Personal inkompetent, keine Angebote welche das hotel ansonsten reizvoll machen würden. Nie wieder!

Personale molto cortese e cordiale. La posizione è ottima e la presenza del garage (sebbene a pagamento) è un plus molto importante.

La vicinanza con il parcheggio degli autobus rende la posizione piuttosto rumorosa durante il giorno. La piscina è piccola e quando siamo stati ospiti noi (primi di ottobre) era fuori servizio senza che sul sito fosse menzionata la cosa.
