The hotel day spa area. It was the only professional section of the hotel that lives up to a 4 star rating in my book. Afternoon reception staff was unhelpful and mis-informed. Perhaps this is a management issue? |

La cortesia e disponibilità del personale. La pulizia dei locali Il rumore notturno delle tubazioni, credo dei condizionatori, non hanno consentito un adeguato riposo. Chiaramente l'apparecchio nella mia camera l'ho spento. |
