beautiful situation: attractive layout of terraces at different levels, use of plants etc.

at an early breakfast (but after the official start time) very little had been laid out and when it was we had finished.

The room was great, especially the baclony with amazing views of the sea.

The breakfast was awful. You would think that in a Sicilian hotel that you would get freshly squeesed orange juice not concentrate. Also the coffee was terrible. The food by the pool also did not look very appealing and the menu for snacks was not too great either. This hotel is not located in Taormina but about 10K outside... this was not very clear at time of booking

Room (junior suite) was really beautiful. Also the pianobar was nice. Hotel has a lot more potential than they are currently materializing.

Hotel is not in Taormina (completely misleading info). It takes 15 minutes by car to get to Taormina. Restaurant is catered to buffet specials for elderly group travel = don't eat at the hotel! Pool bar food is at best a toast or a hot dog and dinner is as described above. For the price, they need to step up on catering to individual travellers, especially on food service.

This is a very good hotel for the price that I found by booking.com. I was very luky since I was upgraded.

In high season the elevators could be bottle neck

Room & View were excellent, porter & shuttle into Taormina great too

it is sold as a Spa so was disapointed that the Spa was only available in the afternoon

Efficient cleaning staff and comfort room

Buffet meal was very dissappointing considering the cost. Also it was a shame to see prices differ e.g. cost of a drink by the pool was different to ordering a drink from the room. Cost also added which we were not told about e.g. shuttle bus to and from town

Der Blick ist wirklich sehr schön. Es gibt einen Shuttle mehrmals am Tag nach Taormina, ansonsten sollte man ein Auto haben.

Im Restaurant merkte man schon deutlich, dass die Saison dem Ende zu geht. Des Weiteren sollte man schon sehr pünktlich zum Frühstück erscheinen. Drei Minuten nach 10 Uhr ist das Büffet bereits abgeräumt.

Die wundervolle Aussicht, die wohl jedes Zimmer hat. Der schon erwähnte kostenlose Shuttle nach Taormina und zum Strand, die Möglichkeit a, auf einer wundervoll gelegenen Terasse zu frühstücken, der große Balkon zumindest bei den Superior-Zimmern

Tiene unas vistas maravillosas sobre la bahía, que se disfrutan especialmente desde la terraza individual y terraza sobre el mar,aneja al comedor

Es complicado el acceso desde la habitación a los servicios comunes, utilizando tres ascensores

Nur die Lage des Hotels, alles andere war so schlecht, daß der Platz hier nicht reichen würde, um unsere "Erfahrungen" zu dokumentieren.

Billigstes Frühstück, unmöglicher Service, unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, ca. 60 Minuten für Roomservice, der ursprünglich 20 min. dauern sollte usw.usw.usw.
