Friendly staff, comfortable clean room and good facilities. Pool excellent with ample sun loungers with luxury hotel towels to use free of charge. Food and drinks expensive. |

Being able to eat out of doors (covered) Maiteneance was poor and none of our complaints were dealt with whilst we stayed there (only 24 hours). Also there was a strong, unpleasant smell on the beach and pool area - maybe from sewerage or industrial activity ? |

The hotel is situated on the beach and has ample parking. There are buses into Trapani every 20 mins, and an excellent restuarant just across the road. The pool was not very clean, and the windows in the restaurant were very dirty. |

The sea view was superb. Whilst there was a good selection of items at breakfast the bacon and egg were left without heating at the breakfast buffet and so soon became cold. |

The hotel staff where friendly enough & we actually got up graded to a suite room on our arrival, breakfast buffet was good with lots of choice & rooms very clean with towels & bedding changed every day.The hotel is right on the sandy beach & the sea shallow for 30 meters or so ideal for parents with young children. As stated on previous reviews the room walls in places were very thin & some what annoying when guests came in late or left early.Try to avoid the front of the hotel if at all posible. The outside pool area could do with a bit of TLC as it is looking a bit tired. It appeared that it was close to the end of the season & was relatively quiet not all the facilites were open. |

Adjacent to beach. The walls were paper thin. The pipe work was very noisy and the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. |

The hotel facilities were very good, breakfast very good, swimming pool excellent (so quiet). Trip over and you are on the beach! Beach and Med as you would imagine good. In the main the staff was helpful and informative albeit we were given some ‘duff’ info on one occasion but to be fair that could have been a translation breakdown! The hotel and information board does not cater for the ‘Brits’ |

The hotel did not provide snacks by the pool during the day. The language barrier was quite evident. Menus were only in Italian. Mosquitos were unbareable and nothing was done to try and ease the problem e.g. citronella candles, we were not informed they had mosquito repellants at reception. Evening 'entertainment' mostly consisted of a connection to a laptop. No information on local attractions |

The location! Yes, the service is poor: it does not deserve 4 stars. The restaurant is really a bad representation of the sicilian kitchen. For everything you're paying extra, that's too much. The atmosphere is also a little depriming, it seems like it's 'richness of the past' and it doesn't have that real authentic sicilian taste. |

peaceful, unspoilt. staff have very little english and seem more interested in conference guests than visiting tourists, very few taxi's available, no lunch available and bar closes very early. |
