We arrived late at night and left the following day so didn't really get the most from it. We used it as a stopover after a late flight. |

Access to beach and pool This is not a 4 star hotel it is at most a 3 star, the guests suit the hotel rather then the hotel suiting the guest |

The availability of beach Almost everything, the staff were surly unco-operative and down right rude mostly ( Discounting rececption staff who were adequate) There is no poolside service, very little bar service you have to find a waiter from the restuarant to go to the hotel bar to get you drinks or coffees. The internet can only be accessed from the rececption,the system of booking on to internet is daft they give you access for 24 hours at a time wny not for the duration of your stay? The water was rusty coloured.Only booked there beacause of availability I was staying with my two sons both over 21 who shared a room.The computor in rececption did not work and was not fixed for the duration of stay. The water went off completly for a day Worst experience anywhere. |

Nice Staff, nice big swimmingpool with free towels (also to use on the beach), good breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable. Nearby the cableway to Erice, a beautiful village on top of the mountain, 10 minutes by car. Because of the location of the hotel, you must have a car! |

I liked the pool & the beach my bed in room 120 made so much noise whenever I turned in the bed that It woke me up every time, I got very little sleep for two nights.When we checked out early in the morning there was not one word said by the man behind reception, not.. good morning, not..did you enjoy your stay, not even a thank you, not a bloody word & that annoyed me more than the bed |

It was quite near the beach. The hotel staff, the attitude, the fact that because we took a discount whilst booking the hotel we were treated less than the people that booked with the full price!! and the a/c was not working and they didnt do anything to fix it!!! |

Direct access to the sandy beach so location is a plus. Free parking. Terrible sound isolation of the rooms. Impossible to open the window of the room because of the kitchen and garbage smell. Poor breakfast buffet and only few tables available on the terrace so you have to be lucky. Inside not very well maintained and confirmed as per other comments that the croissants are burnt. So price/quality...not worth 4 stars. |

The pool and sea location were excellent. Rooms were very nice. Lots of potential. Not very holiday orientated. Good distance from town centre/port. Poor taxi service locally.Area into town from hotel was very dirty. |

The pool and the beach was good and clean. The service with towels was excellent and the pool guy was friendly. The room was clean and the maid was very kind and polite despite missing english knowledge. The service in the reception and in the restaurant was lousy! We were thrown away from the restaurant because we were not full board guests, and the food was both terrible and expensive. The bar was not attended during day time, and it was not possible to buy snacks, salads or sandwiches during the day when staying at the pool or the beach. The restaurant had really not many dishes to choose from, and both potatoes, salad and vegetables were extras. The smell both at the pool and at the front side of the hotel was at times unbearable. The small room we got was on the ground floor with a view to the parking lot and not suitable for staying more than a couple of nights. The hotel bar closed at 23 h. Toilet in the common areas was out of order |

The area is nice. You are close enough to Trapani and Erice and yet you are in a Relaxing Area. The pool is nice and clean. The rooms are adequate. Staff friendly and keen to please. The TV set is small and old. Programmes are very limited and reception is bad. The staff at the reception need to have available proper maps of Trapani & Erice. |

Friendly staff, comfortable clean room and good facilities. Pool excellent with ample sun loungers with luxury hotel towels to use free of charge. Food and drinks expensive. |

Being able to eat out of doors (covered) Maiteneance was poor and none of our complaints were dealt with whilst we stayed there (only 24 hours). Also there was a strong, unpleasant smell on the beach and pool area - maybe from sewerage or industrial activity ? |

the hotel was right on the beach. short distance to the aerial ropeway that took you up to a beautiful view. Great Swimming Pool got room smelled like old smoke. very attentive staff and kind of poor service. no information on excursions etc. in English. |

The hotel is situated on the beach and has ample parking. There are buses into Trapani every 20 mins, and an excellent restuarant just across the road. The pool was not very clean, and the windows in the restaurant were very dirty. |

Clean rooms The pool and beach was not opened. The hotel was understaffed. We couldnt get dinner on a saterday evening. The restautant could only serve half-board guests. |

The sea view was superb. Whilst there was a good selection of items at breakfast the bacon and egg were left without heating at the breakfast buffet and so soon became cold. |

The hotel staff where friendly enough & we actually got up graded to a suite room on our arrival,breakfast buffet was good with lots of choice & rooms very clean with towels & bedding changed every day.The hotel is right on the sandy beach & the sea shallow for 30 meters or so ideal for parents with young children. As stated on previous reviews the room walls in places were very thin & some what annoying when guests came in late or left early.Try to avoid the front of the hotel if at all posible.The outside pool area could do with a bit of TLC as it is looking a bit tired.It appeared that it was close to the end of the season & was relatively quiet not all the facilites were open. |
