Very comfortable and relaxed place to stay.

The Staff was very helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

Staff at Reception and in the Restaurant very efficient and helpful which offered a friendly atmosphere unusual in may large hotels.

We completed a "Suggestions" form which noted: (i) Only 1 chair in a 2-bed room, so not possible for two people to sit on the balcony: (ii) nowhere to hang wet towels/swimming gear; (iii) no rack for soap etc. in the shower; (iv) the shower-room generally not up to international standards

We stayed in the Hotel only one night .It was very luxury and friendly place. Hotel is actually on the beach.It has own entrance to the beach which is very impressive. The breakfast was very good also private free parking.

The area around is very quiet so you need a car.The internet is available in entire hotel but is very slow-poor connection.

Beautifull hotel, brillant staff and most friendly and helpfull in all aspects from the time we arrived, could not be more complimentary about the Hotel & Staff . 4 of us in party and would like to return at some stage , thanks to all the staff.

We had evening meal the first evening, menu was not in english so we could not understand so we were really in our out of luck at what we ordered .We ordered steak but it came on its own, chips arrived after we finished eating.Waiter had no english On check out, problem solved by taking €40 euro of our meal bill . Customer service a priority for this hotel.

The hotel is very close to the beach, although it is a rather steep walk up and down to the beach but doable. Clean pool, loads of chairs by the pool side and bar service. Seaview rooms are actually with a view onto the sea and are large and airy. Very nice Hotel indeed, clean, friendly and fair prices; would go back anytime.

The hotel restaurant has a rather limited menu so if you intend to stay for longer than a few days you will need to find alternative restaurants which are plentyful in the vicinity, even better when you have transport available.

As the name says it is a "Beach Club". Right in front of the beach, with a very good pool and a very nice garden (including playgroung for kids). All the environment is very relaxing. Good balcony with chairs. Good views from the terrace. Near the beach town of San Leone where you can find good beach, lots of good restaurants and ice cream stores.

The access from the hotel to the beach was closed, as well as the pool in the beggining of May (the weather was sunny and very nice). In the breakfast the cappucinos were from a coin automatic machine (not so good). You have to be very attentfull after leaving San Leone not to miss it. Our room was in the lower level. I recommend to pay extra to get a room on the upper level with sea view.
