sehr freundlicher Empfang und schönes sauberes zimmer leider konnte mann in unserem Zimmer die Fenster nicht öffnen, aber das Zímmer war sehr ruhig und gut klimatisiert |

relativ gute Lage (nicht weit zur Metro-Station; sehr ruhige Straße; ein paar Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe) In puncto Sauberkeit ließ das Hotel etwas zu wünschen übrig (Schokoladenflecken auf dem Kopfkissen; es wird zu selten staubgesaugt); das Frühstück war nicht besonders ausgewogen und auch geschmacklich nicht überragend (es gab hauptsächlich Kuchen; keine Vollkorn-Produkte; wenig Auswahl). Der Frühstücksraum hatte keine Fenster. |

Die Lage ist sehr gut, alles ist zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die kleine Strasse ist sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist liebevoll, wenn auch nicht immer praktisch. Es ist unbedingt darüber zu informieren, dass es Zimmer gibt, deren Fenster sich nicht öffnen lassen und zudem dirket zu einer grossen Metallfeuertreppe führen. Wir konnten glücklicherweise in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen, sonst wäre der Urlaub für mich zur Qual geworden. Ein Hotel muss wissen, dass es Menschen gibt, die bei offenem Fenster schlafen. |

Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Perrsonals bzw. keine Verrechnung des Zusatzbettes fuer unseren 7-jaehrigen Sohn ein Paar Ameisen (alledings nicht weiter schlimm) im Zimmer bzw. dass beim Duschen der komplette Dusche / WC Bereich unter Wasser gesetzt wird |

I love Bailey's - it was my second stay (with my family) and I will definitely come back - very personal service (including fruit basket in the room), great location, very good breakfast, big room and bathroom, super clean. Highly recommended! |

The hotel was excellent.we were very pleased.friendly staff,clean and comfortable rooms and rich breakfast.the area around the hotel was also great with restaurants and mini markets and with the bus line 62 you can easily get to the city center. |

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff could not have been more helpful - from recommending restaurants, giving directions, booking taxi's etc. The breakfast was varied and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The location was good and within easy reach of all of the main "attractions". We would definitely stay there again. |

The reception staff and chambermaids were really helpful and friendly. The rooms, particularly the beds, were very comfortable and the bathroom facilities are well appointed and always clean. Breakfast variety was good but the service was sometimes slow with indifferent staff on the sunday when the food and coffee wwas cold. Overall a somewhat pricey hotel. |

The baileys Hotel is situated within walking distance of all the major attractions in Rome, but is still quiet and relaxing. there are nearby restaurants and cafes, so food is not a problem. The breakfast buffet is very good. |

The location is good. However its in the center, in the walk distance to the main sightseings - the hotel is on the quite street, so no noise from the street. The staff is friendly - at the arrival we've got a room without a window, so we asked for another one and without any complains after two days we changed the apartma. The breakfast is very good-ham, cheese,choice of bread,fruits(evrth fresh) The windows in our room had a look on the stairs, not outside,so we could not see the wheather and have fresh air, but because most of the time you are outside - it's not a big minus. The bathroom could be more clean ( the details like the corners, the shower mirrow, the holder on soap etc) as well the carpets are a bit tyred. |

Everything!!!! Especially the staff. They were friendly, courteous, and helpful. It was quiet, classy, and centrally located. When told we were leaving very early in the morning, they voluntarily made us boxed breakfasts to go. |
