The staff was friendly and helpful; room was in good condition; and the location was good - walking distance to train station and away from most of the loud city noise. |

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff could not have been more helpful - from recommending restaurants, giving directions, booking taxi's etc. The breakfast was varied and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The location was good and within easy reach of all of the main "attractions". We would definitely stay there again. |

The reception staff and chambermaids were really helpful and friendly. The rooms, particularly the beds, were very comfortable and the bathroom facilities are well appointed and always clean. Breakfast variety was good but the service was sometimes slow with indifferent staff on the sunday when the food and coffee wwas cold. Overall a somewhat pricey hotel. |

The baileys Hotel is situated within walking distance of all the major attractions in Rome, but is still quiet and relaxing. there are nearby restaurants and cafes, so food is not a problem. The breakfast buffet is very good. |

The location is good. However its in the center, in the walk distance to the main sightseings - the hotel is on the quite street, so no noise from the street. The staff is friendly - at the arrival we've got a room without a window, so we asked for another one and without any complains after two days we changed the apartma. The breakfast is very good-ham, cheese, choice of bread, fruits(evrth fresh) The windows in our room had a look on the stairs, not outside,so we could not see the wheather and have fresh air, but because most of the time you are outside - it's not a big minus. The bathroom could be more clean ( the details like the corners, the shower mirrow, the holder on soap etc) as well the carpets are a bit tyred. |

Convenient location, yet not on a main thoroughfare. Relatively quiet location for a large city Telephone call system and confusion of instructions from the desk - caution use of hotel telephones |

Everything!!!! Especially the staff. They were friendly, courteous, and helpful. It was quiet, classy, and centrally located. When told we were leaving very early in the morning, they voluntarily made us boxed breakfasts to go. |

This was our first visit to Rome, the staff were very helpful with information regarding tours, restaurants etc. The air conditioned rooms were a god send during August with temps of 36+. The hotel itself is well situated for shopping and sites. Although the hotel does not have a retaurant within 200 yards there are at least 8 good places to eat. |

The hotel is located in a central part of Rome and was convenient. The hotel was quite a walk from the main sites of the city. |

Bailey's was very clean and well kept. It was on a charming little street with several small restaurants within a 2 block radius. Since it was a small hotel, we felt that it had a personal touch. The desk clerks spoke English and were helpful. The beds were hard and the shower was tiny. It was expensive. We were experiencing sticker shock with the value of the dollar against the Euro. A hotel in the US that cost $228 per night would be quite luxurious. |

The staff were great--very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nicely decorated; location very good; breakfast good. When we checked in, one of our two rooms was not the 'deluxe double' that we had reserved. It was a tiny, window-less box of a room, and airplane-sized bathroom. The staff apologized; we had to stay there the first night but were moved the next morning to a very comfortable, pleasant room. |

The room was quite nice for what I had seen in Rome although I did not get to use their facilities much as I was only there one night. It was a little further from the center than I would have liked although not bad. |
