La posizione

La sala della colazione: piccola, tavoli piccoli, molta confusione nel momento in cui arrivano le persone tutte insieme, senza finestre. Non e' specificato che la camera piccola NON ha finstre.

La cosa migliore di questo hotel è sicuramente la posizione.

Diciamo che è carente rispetto agli spazi comuni, una hall praticamente inesistente ed a parte il personale della reception, molto disponibile ed attento, il resto del personale presta molta poca attenzione al servizio, sia per quanto riguarda le camere che per quanto riguarda il servizio di prima colazione.

Ottimo hotel in una buona posizione a due passi da Villa Borghese. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Pulizia della stanza perfetta. Nulla da eccepire. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Il personale, molto cordiale e la struttura di ottimo livello.

La doccia , scarsa pressione e il bidet difficile regolare la temperatura a causa dell'assenza del miscelatore.

Quiet!!!! Comfortable, spacious room. Working wi-fi. Close to good restaurants and public transportation. Informed, very helpful people at the front desk.

We noticed nothing we were dissatisfied with.

The bed was massive and really comfortable...I had the best nights rest I've had for a long time, but that could also be down to the amount of walking I had done! Our room was looking over the "courtyard" which meant it was really quiet. Staff were great, went out of their way to help us out. Several restaurants on the same street meant we only had to step outside the hotel for some fantastic food.

The "courtyard" is the back of other apartments, not a green and pleasant area that was assumed when reading the description. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room which I feel is poor for a 4 star place...luckily I had read other reviews and came prepared with a travel kettle!

Service, English speaking, cleanliness, awesome breakfast, lovely location, would recommend Bailey's Hotel to anyone going to Rome. Can't say enough good things about this little GEM!

Amazingly friendly staff throughout who were extremely knowledgeable about local amenities, restaurants and attractions and were very giving of their time with all guests in particular Mirko.

Before we even arrived Gerard and his team were excellent in arranging pickup, tickets, advise etc. On arrival Gerard excelled throughout the trip with tickets, service, tours. At all times the staff were cheerful, thoughtful and caring. I would not hesitate in reccomending Bailey,s to all visiting Rome.

Not only did we enjoy the decor and appointments of the room (not to mention the lovely marble bathroom!), but we also appreciated the fine service provided by all staff, from front desk to bellman! Each staff member takes their job seriously and wants to help the guests in any way. In addition to being helpful, they were extremely cordial and helped make our stay very enjoyable.

The hotel was very well run,and elegant. The services were excellent. The room that we had was very well appointed and although quite small had a hall way down from the elegant bathroom that belied it small imensions. The stud height was equally impressive. The location of the hotel was excellent.

Unfortunately when booking the room it was inferred that the windows looked out on an courtyard. The windows in fact looked out on an internal lightwell of about 3 square meters surrounded by the backs of other buildings.re on elevl 1 so the light was very diffused.

All of the employees are very very very helpful. They make every single thing to make you happy and to make you feel safe. (They even parked our rented car for us :) ) The room (deluxe, room #205) was perfect; large, clean and quiet. There is absolutely nothing to worry about safety (I mean using the safe box, leaving belongings behind). The hotel is perfectly placed for sightseeing; it is very near to every tourist attraction destinations and also a 10 minutes walk to Piazza Republica and also Termini station. No need o use public transport for Rome sightseeing. Very beautiful and also cheap restaurants in the street of the hotel; Via Flavia. It is the best hotel we have ever stayed in Europe up to now.. We just enjoyed it, thank you very much Hotel Bailey's :D

Breakfast was same everyday, but you need at least 5 days to get bored of the menu.

The hotel staff were very helpful in giving us tips on the best way around Rome, and how to avoid some of the tourist 'traps'

An excellent hotel,well managed and friendly.It was a special occaision for us and the hotel made the trip to Rome unforgettable.I Really cannot find fault anywhere.The location is good with pleasant restaurants and transport facililities nearby.

Breacfeast, smoll choosing, twice during four days the crach aggs was not good, but the area for breacfeasr very nice. All clean and white, very good.

The staff was outstanding. I found they were always ready to be of service and accomodated us in several aspects of our visit to Roma. I was so delighted the hotel lived up to it's description. It was clean, fresh, spacious and had "modern" amenities. It was by far the highest quality establishment we stayed in Europe. The front office manager, Gerald, was always ready and available to be of service. I had to wonder if he ever went home!!!! Bottom line: The Bailey's is a lovely property that will make any traveler feel welcome, at home and pampered.

The only big negative was that wi-fi was included but did not work in our room. It was a great connection in the hallway but as you can imagine that was quite an inconvenience. Another tiny issue was that we had to request the bath amenities be replaced which happened quickly and abundantly. Also, the bath robe provided disappeared after the first day. I am guessing these are housekeeping issues and may improve with additional training. All in all, not huge problems.
