de kamer was erg netje, de service van het personeel. Ze zijn erg vriendlijk en helpen goed. Goede locatie, lekkere bedden. Gewoon een echt goed hotel! |

De ligging t.o.v. veel bezienswaardigheden is prima. Het personeel doet zijn uiterste best om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. De kamers zijn uitstekend. Er is airco en dat was geen overbodige luxe. Omgevingsgeluid dringt niet door tot de kamers. Echt een aanrader! |

Ligging. Verzorging kamer. Vriendelijk personeel. Uitzicht van de kamer was op een zeer onverzorgde (achterbuurt) binnenplaats, waar je niet vrolijk van werd. Ontbijt was matig. Geen verse jus d'orange, maar water met een smaakje. Ik eet glutenvrij en er was brood geregeld, maar van slechte kwaliteit, iedere dag hetzelfde en de laatste dag waren ze vergeten. |

The reception staff were so polite, friendly and helpful regarding directions, using public transport, restaurants etc. The room was serviced beautifully every day. |

The room was very well appointed. The staff was very helpful and always at your service. The location was very central and in a very nice area. The breakfast could be improved somewhat. There were no english speaking programs on the tv (none that I could find). |

I love Bailey's - it was my second stay (with my family) and I will definitely come back - very personal service (including fruit basket in the room), great location, very good breakfast, big room and bathroom, super clean. Highly recommended! |

Very good and friendly service. Nice room. Internet was not working. As internet is not included in room rate, would not recommend for business trip or if you need an access to internet. |

The hotel was excellent.we were very pleased.friendly staff,clean and comfortable rooms and rich breakfast.the area around the hotel was also great with restaurants and mini markets and with the bus line 62 you can easily get to the city center. |

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff could not have been more helpful - from recommending restaurants, giving directions, booking taxi's etc. The breakfast was varied and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The location was good and within easy reach of all of the main "attractions". We would definitely stay there again. |

The reception staff and chambermaids were really helpful and friendly. The rooms, particularly the beds, were very comfortable and the bathroom facilities are well appointed and always clean. Breakfast variety was good but the service was sometimes slow with indifferent staff on the sunday when the food and coffee wwas cold. Overall a somewhat pricey hotel. |

The baileys Hotel is situated within walking distance of all the major attractions in Rome, but is still quiet and relaxing. there are nearby restaurants and cafes, so food is not a problem. The breakfast buffet is very good. |

The location is good. However its in the center, in the walk distance to the main sightseings - the hotel is on the quite street, so no noise from the street. The staff is friendly - at the arrival we've got a room without a window, so we asked for another one and without any complains after two days we changed the apartma. The breakfast is very good-ham, cheese,choice of bread,fruits(evrth fresh) The windows in our room had a look on the stairs, not outside,so we could not see the wheather and have fresh air, but because most of the time you are outside - it's not a big minus. The bathroom could be more clean ( the details like the corners, the shower mirrow, the holder on soap etc) as well the carpets are a bit tyred. |

Everything!!!! Especially the staff. They were friendly, courteous, and helpful. It was quiet, classy, and centrally located. When told we were leaving very early in the morning, they voluntarily made us boxed breakfasts to go. |
