The Bailey's Hotel

Piękny wystrój pokoju, czystość, uczynny i bardzo miły personel. Generalnie hotel jest znakomity także do dłuższego pobytu w Rzymie. My byliśmy przez tydzień z dwuletnim dzieckiem i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni, to był nasz pierwszy pobyt w Rzymie. Chętnie skorzystamy z tego hotelu następnym razem

Zaskoczyła nas tylko zawsze zimna jajecznica na śniadanie i mały wybór potraw rankiem, no ale przecież nie tylko śniadaniem człowiek żyje :) Ale za to sernik na deser wyśmienity, choć nie dla wszystkich starczyło

The reception staff were so polite, friendly and helpful regarding directions, using public transport, restaurants etc. The room was serviced beautifully every day.

Pleasant,quiet, near to restaurants for evening meals. Staff were always ready to advise when information required.

Internet was not working. As internet is not included in room rate, would not recommend for business trip or if you need an access to internet.

The staff was friendly and helpful; room was in good condition; and the location was good - walking distance to train station and away from most of the loud city noise.

The hotel was excellent.we were very pleased.friendly staff,clean and comfortable rooms and rich breakfast.the area around the hotel was also great with restaurants and mini markets and with the bus line 62 you can easily get to the city center.

The reception staff and chambermaids were really helpful and friendly. The rooms, particularly the beds, were very comfortable and the bathroom facilities are well appointed and always clean.

Breakfast variety was good but the service was sometimes slow with indifferent staff on the sunday when the food and coffee wwas cold. Overall a somewhat pricey hotel.

The location is good. However its in the center, in the walk distance to the main sightseings - the hotel is on the quite street, so no noise from the street. The staff is friendly - at the arrival we've got a room without a window, so we asked for another one and without any complains after two days we changed the apartma. The breakfast is very good-ham, cheese,choice of bread,fruits(evrth fresh)

The windows in our room had a look on the stairs, not outside,so we could not see the wheather and have fresh air, but because most of the time you are outside - it's not a big minus. The bathroom could be more clean ( the details like the corners, the shower mirrow, the holder on soap etc) as well the carpets are a bit tyred.

Everything!!!! Especially the staff. They were friendly, courteous, and helpful. It was quiet, classy, and centrally located. When told we were leaving very early in the morning, they voluntarily made us boxed breakfasts to go.

Réservation pour 4 nuits ; en arrivant à l'hotel surprise : la fenêtre de la chambre proposée ne s'ouvre pas (sécurité : elle donne sur l'escalier se secours!). Demande de changer de chambre après le première nuit acceptée sans aucun problème. 3 nuits suivantes passée dans une tres belle chambre, avec vraie fenêtre. Personnel remarquable (vu au moins 5 personnes différentes à l'accueil, toutes plus aimables et prévenantes les unes que les autres...). Petit déjeuner tout à fait correct. Hotel qui mérite largement la bonne note que vous lui avez attribué par l'intermédiaire des avis clients.

Les chambres sans fenêtres, si séjour supérieur à 1 jour.

Pratique près de la gare centrale. Bon acceuil. Calme et propre
