Hotel Balcony  

Hotellet låg på ett mycket bra läge tycker jag. Det var nära till de turistiga delarna men ändå lite avsides så att man slapp alla människor I stadskärnan. Personalen var trevlig och vårt rum stort. Den gemensamma balkongen var också ganska fin.

Vår fläkt I badrummet lät som en kaffamalare, vilket jag störde mig på I början men sen glömde man bort det. Det fanns även några små myror inne på rummet vilket inte kändes särskilt fräscht.

Its easy to find and near to the tourist attractions , train stations.Hotel room was excellent and facilaties also very good provided small friz.

No lift in the hotel and Breakfast is not great value for the money.

The hotel staff was very friendly - gave us maps, dinner recommendations (which were very good) and treated us to a nice continental breakfast every morning (which for the same food we just got done paying at least 10 euro/person for in Rome!) It wasn't luxury, but it was a great deal for the cost and the location was unbeatable, just steps from the beautiful duomo. The best part: The balcony! We enjoyed many cheap bottles of wine from a shop two doors down on that balcony - great views of the duomo and the biggest balcony I saw in Italy (they're all usually very tiny), more like a rooftop. Enjoy!

The bed was not very comfortable, but I was so tired by the end of the day that I still slept well.

Location!!!

Excellent location between Duomo and main train / bus station...which is most practical when you want to go to the airport (5€ ticket price) or to Sienna for instance. Very good ratio situation / price. My room (105) had a small terrace to share with another room which was a good surprise. The big other terrace seemed most enjoyable (level 1 above street, with cars passing by from time to time so quite calm) for summer-time.

For the first time in Florence for me everything was fine - thnaks very much for most friendly and helpful staff!

Very helpful manager who advised about onward journey and was happy to keep our luggage until our afternoon train. Carried cases for us as there was no lift. Coffee machine with hot water available in the evenings - and tea bags offered! Excellent location near the station and only a short walk to other areas of the city.

I was happy with the location of the hotel. It was easy to get to most tourist attractions.

The breakfast could have definitely been better. Also, I feel that there should have been free wifi/Internet included.

The location is perfect for central Florence, the room was lovely, clean, stylish, air-con was good. Spare blanket and pillow were appreciated, staff were helpful (extra thanks to the owner for some great restaurant recommendations!). Balcony is a nice place to unwind. Bathroom was clean and well-maintained, excellent shower. 5 unbelievable nights for the money. Would recommend to anyone.

Breakfast a bit weak, same everywhere in Italy far as I can tell though. Certainly no worse than the luxury 4-star place we stayed at in Rome.

Warm welcome and helpfulness of the owners. Quiet room at night.

The hotel is very close to the places of interest. The staff was very helpful.

The matress of the bed was bad.
