In general, all was wonderfull in this place. Location - close to Pantheon and Navona square, most of all historical objects within walking distance. Friendly service - on top level. Breakfact - served in room at the time you want, tasty and even could be enriched according to your request with vegetables or something else. Transfer service - in time, in place, in budget lower than regular taxi price. Individual approach - for any question or wish you have. Cleaning and linen change - everyday and on high level of quality. WiFi and computer/printing service - free and 24-hour available. Hot water - everytime, no problem of "no hot water".
No serious issues or problems. System of water heating is noicy a bit (while using of shower). Cable TV provides Italian channels only. But all this is so non-essential...
We had a wonderful two night stay for our first time in Rome. Thanks to Francesco's very helpful volunteered advice upon arrival we managed to see so much more than we expected to and still at a comfortable leisurely place. The staff were all helpful and polite and it was lovely having your breakfast brought to your room each morning at the time you'd asked for. Great location for all the must sees and a lovely little pizzeria next door.
We loved the breakfast and the comfortable bed! The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very accommodating and gave us unlimited access the printer to print out tickets.
I wish someone was there later because we had a change in plans and needed to change our breakfast and check out time, but weren't sure how to contact anyone.
Run away from this hotel. I booked for 9 nights. On the third night I decided to go. Warned in advance. I went out on the fifth day and Mr. Baldassari charged me all 9 nights because there are rules ... The hotel smells musty, the mattresses are old and full of holes, the bathroom smells sewage. Anyway, pay more than 1,200 euros for 9 nights and did not use it at all nights was too much for me. And Mr. Baldassari even offered me, if he could sell my remaining nights he would reimburse me. Do you have any doubt whether he could sell or not? Of course not ... Escape from this Hotel

Fantastic breakfast with bacon and eggs among many other things, served in the room. Good wifi, good ac, everything we needed. Location is phenomenal, easy walking to everything in Rome (which says a lot)
