The location very near the train station but still only a short walk from the walled city made transit from the station to the hotel in the rain a big plus in a place where Taxis are at a premium. Also a nice large room with a sitting area. The breakfast was a little sparse for a 4 star hotel in Italy and the noise from neighboring rooms traveled throuh the walls too easily. |

Pretty close to the train station where one can connect to Rome. Relatively close to the old town. Pretty old. Air conditioning is not centralized and the unit can barely maintain a comfortable temperature in sommer. |

The friendly help of the staff, mostly of one particularly efficient man at the reception desk. One staffer was not helpful upon our arrival and gave us a small room that another staffer later changed. |

The hotel was clean and tasteful. The most memorable aspect of the stay was the extremely helpful and very nice staff. The day staff helped us register early with no trouble...separate a double bed into two twins... and were so kind in their help. The next shift was equally nice, courteous and also personable. They were able to locate a taxi and negotiate rates to allow a tour to a nearby tourist site (inaccessible by public transport). The evening and morning shift staff were, likewise, kind and helpful. I travel often and cannot remember such an enjoyable and helpful hotel. |

You could brand this hotel as "excellent" probably 15 years ago, but now it needs a little renovation, though inside the room everything was all right. Still my room was very comfortable and clean. There were crouds of young volleyball players staying in the hotel at the same time with us, so there allways were problems with breakfast - when we came, there was nothing left and we had to ask the stuff to bring us something. |

La colazione si può migliorare.... anche perchè generalmente e lultima cosa che uno fa prima di andare via , e il pranzo più importante della giornata, quindi lascerebbe un giudizio troppo positivo al momento che viene lasciato l'hotel. |

L'hotel è in posizione centrale,nei pressi della stazione e a pochi minuti dal centro.Il personale è efficiente e presente 24 ore,molto disponibile.Interessante e positiva la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto in posti riservati ai clienti dell'albergo,gratis e con cancello chiuso elettronicamente durante la notte.(per ritorni la sera tardi,la reception lo apre su richiesta)Anche la colazione era soddisfacente.Avrei aggiunto altre cose,quali pasticcini,invece di biscotti,frutta di stagione,in estate,piccoli panini,invece di fettine di pane.Buona la pulizia.La camera e il bagno sono ampi e spaziosi.L'unico problema,l'ascensore che a volte si bloccava,ma ce ne sono due,per cui è un problema limitato. Dovrebbe essere segnalato di più,per chi viene dalla superstrada Orte-Viterbo,direzione centro,perchè le indicazioni sono tutte nell'altra zona(la Quercia)e la sera non è stato facile trovarlo.E'anche vero che in città non ci sono segnalazioni per raggiungere la stazione.Comunque,la stazione è nei pressi delle mura. |
