The hotel was centrally situated. The boat tours left from just outside the hotel. The shopping was on the hotel's doorstep. Lovely walks close by and the station to catch the the funiculore was a stone's throw away. Breakfasts were good. Staff could not have been more helpful. We had a room with a lake-view. The lamps in the square below the hotel were at room-level for us (we were on the 4th floor). This meant we had to sleep with our shutters down otherwise it seemed as if it was daylight out there. We would have liked to have slept with the windows open. Also,our shower did not get very hot (Room 454). |

All staff were very professional and accomodating. The actual room was a little expensive for what you got though the location made up for it. All amenities wer close by, when you knew what you were looking for in italian. |

Staff were fantastic, especially Llaria who was very helpful when I had questions regarding how to get to Como from Bergamo. Views from the balcony are fantastic. Hotel was spotless and I did not have one complaint. Nothing, only gripe would be that there are no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. |

Location is right in front of the lake and in the city center . Lake view is fantastic . Comfortable and has all the necessary elements for a good stay . Hard to reach by car , and parking is far and not practical . |

Hotel Staff very friendly. Great location and great lake view. We didn't have to pay extra for the additional bed for our 3year old child. Very old style, not very clean. Bathroom very small and old fashion. Not four star standard. |
